We have enjoyed two Pentwater visits in this cozy A-frame home. The kitchen is well-stocked with a great assortment of pans and serving dishes. The deck is a lovely place to start the day while enjoying the morning birds. We also ended each day sitting around the fire ring. We appreciate Ben's hospitality and accommodating ways!

Wonderful place, very clean, had bikes, life vests, floaties, helmets, even bug spray! Needs a new coffee maker and there’s a little bit of a smell in the basement.

Very nice town and everything within walking/biking distance. We really enjoyed the bikes and riding down to Lake Michigan each day. The town feels very safe and family friendly. The house itself could use some updating but it was still a nice place to stay.

This was our 2nd stay at this house. We enjoyed our stay just as much this time as last. House is in a quiet are close to town and just minutes drive or bike ride to the each or town. The house provides bikes abd water toys. Great porch for conversaation and quiet reading. The gouse has a fully furnished basement that is almost another residence in itself with a bath, bedroom and family area. The main floor has a master bedroom and a bath with the kitchen/dinning, and a comfortable living room. There is also a loft area with a play or reading are and a bedroom with a double bed and twin beds. Very clean and just a great house. We loved it. Ben is very responsive. And, the gouse was clean, as was the property.

Colors were good but not quite at peak. A bit rainy as well. Oh well! Still did some good photography and had time to do some post processing. Fortunately the house was cozy so hanging out was just fine for the week. Will return next year.

We stayed at this cozy home for a family wedding. The home was clean and had plenty of space for us to enjoy the stay. The location was perfect for us, with all the activities taking place within a few blocks. The owner was very responsive to our questions. A wonderful stay; we would use this place again.

We were very impressed with the bonus amenities kept in the garage- the bikes, yard games, beach chairs, and sporting equipment all added to the fun of our time in Pentwater. This property has a lovely yard that easily accommodates group games and fireside chats. It also has a wonderful deck for relaxing and visiting. This home was a great fit for our group of 9 with sitting areas on each floor. We really appreciated the flexibility of the host in details that were important to us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return!
