Location was awesome. Walking distance to Main Street Ketchum,walking and biking trail. Close to ski resort if needed. Place was very clean upon arrival.

Would be awesome if there was a bathroom on the main floor but realize that would kill the open space on the first floor. As a middle aged couple running up the stairs that are somewhat steep and narrow to use the bathroom was somewhat annoying. Place would be awesome for a family with younger kids S they would love the upstairs bunk style sleeping area kinda reminds me of treehouse.

Excellent location - close to restaurants, bars, shops, & hiking/biking trails. Unit was very clean & had just about everything you could need for a comfortable stay in Ketchum. Wifi worked well. Parking lot was free and easy to find parking. Overall, great value!

While the property generally stayed pretty cool, the unit does not have air-conditioning & can become somewhat warm when the weather outside heats up to the upper 90's. There was also a TV on the 3rd floor with an awkward layout - a small sofa was on a raised platform & placed perpendicular to the TV.

Location was supreme and we loved the full kitchen. Cute decor!

We would have appreciated tissues/Kleenex and lotion - two necessities for the winter for us!

Great location within walking distance to downtown. Beds were super comfortable and there was lots of room for me, my husband and my 14 year old to spread out between the three levels. We really enjoyed mornings on the little balcony. All of the rooms and linens were very clean. The neighbors were friendly. Be aware that there is not a solid wall between the master bedroom and the sleeping loft with the two twin beds.

Totally unrelated to the house--be aware that VACASA will have you complete an identity verification process online. The questions I had to answer were so old (addresses I lived at briefly 20 years ago, the month and year I bought a car over 8 years ago) I didn't pass. I received a message informing me that my booking would be canceled and that I would receive a refund. I was able to call and do the verification over the phone but I found this to be an awful process that caused unnecessary stress. If VACASA feels a need to do an identity verification there should be a better way to do achieve this without alarming people by telling them the booking will be canceled.
