The house is beautiful, the back patio could use some sprucing but was nice. The fire table outside was not functioning. The master bedroom deck felt unstable. There were carpenter ants in the kitchen. Otherwise, overall it was a great stay. Will definitely be back

This house is in a great location with a spectacular view. Deanna, my point of contact was very prompt and attentive when I reached out. The family love the pool and just hanging out in the backyard during the day.
The opportunities for this house are plentiful. The house needs a deep cleaning and some TLC. The master bath for example had a missing towel bar next to the sink which was in a box in the cabinet. The balcony outside the master was not safe to use as it had broken boards. The bath tub look like it had been painted. Some of the blinds were broken. The second balcony upstairs had railing collapsing and was wobbly if leaned on.
There was a hole in the wall in the dinning room. The white couch has many stains and needs cleaned or thrown out. The pans to cook with looked like they were burnt and never cleaned. There was no vacum to use. The mattress needs replaced in the master and the carpets need cleaned.
This house has so much potential for the location. For the cost of rental I expected a home that was better cared for.

We loved the house and the space. The views were amazing! it did lack a little dusting upstairs and we had issues with the garbage disposal working during our entire stay. otherwise, would rent again!

As you can see from the photos, this place is beautiful. The view is breathtaking. The home is comfortable and nicely decorated. The drive through the neighborhood to get to the house is entertaining in itself. Through steep hills and valleys with picturesque views and cliffs. It is truly a 5 star property. Some of my favorites: large bedrooms with good mattresses and very nice bedding linens. The kitchen was immaculate and every dish and glass in the cabinets were spotless(not the case with many rentals). The common areas were comfortable with plenty of seating and nice lighting. The pool area was very nice, though maybe not quite as nice as the photos.
It's a reach to come up with some negatives, but here it goes. Be aware that the upstairs has 3 bedrooms that have to share one bathroom. There IS a full bath on the main floor (in addition to an en suite in the main floor bedroom and a powder room on the main floor). Possibly not a big deal, but just wanted to point it out. Also, the lovely white furniture in the living room has seen better days. Many stains. Again, not a big deal. I also feel that it might be time for a little refresh in the outdoor area. And I wish the fire table was usable as we had some chilly days.
The negatives are minutiae but just trying to be thorough.
This place is amazing and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Book it! You won't be sorry.

Picturesque point is definitely an appropriate name for this house. Beautiful stay. We had a few families with small children for this stay and the house was large enough for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. Great indoor and outdoor areas. Would stay again

Great house - even better views
A group of girls and I spent a long weekend at this house. It was an amazing house with breathtaking views and a great pool. There was also great patio and deck space! It was about a 20 minute ride to Lake Travis and 35-40 minutes to downtown Austin. The house was clean and well stocked. We really enjoyed our time here!

Beautiful property
This is definitely a beautiful property. Like others have said, needs some major work on the outside and the pool needs work. We still had a wonderful time for thanksgiving with our family. Thank you for letting us stay here. The views are gorgeous!

Family Getaway - Safe Social Distancing
Although Far View Drive is rather remote from any type of shopping district, most everyone from Shipt, Whole Foods to Total Wine delivers to the residence.
Upon entering the residence, you instantly feel welcomed - it is quite lovely and a great place for family/friends to safely gather. The space is VERY open and it feels quite grand. The view from the lookout is obscene - just incredible. We loved being there and would definitely stay there again.
The property could benefit from a mosquito spray (I was covered) and a better pool service. If we were disappointed in anything, it was the cleanliness/upkeep of the pool. I did contact the property manager about this and although he was trying to be super helpful (he was actually quite wonderful to deal with), the pool remained an issue for several days until it became apparent that the pool cleaner had been left off (Pool maint. people should have known this). The pool could also benefit from being resurfaced, the bottom is kind of rough - at this price point certain things are expected. The pool pictures are the only pics that don't seem current.

Great place to stay with group of friends and family
Amazing place to stay with friends and family. A lot of room and place had all the essentials. I would recommend staying here. Also a huge shout out to Candace at the Renters Club for helping our group out and being amazing person.

Great views but not as pictured
The house is in a great neighborhood and has amazing views. The house was clean and the kitchen was more updated. But like some other reviews the house doesn't look as pristine as the pictures. There is a lot of wood work that needs to be redone or outdoor painting, plugs in living room not work, pantry needs to be repainted, outdoor needs some new landscaping. It is more like a typical lakehouse. It just didn't feel as high end as the price and pictures. But the view and quietness of the neighborhood were great.

Great views and responsive manager
The location and views are great. The property was clean and well appointed. We cooked several meals and had everything we needed for that. Each bathroom included shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and clean towels. The views and outdoor area was exceptional. There is the normal wear and tear you would expect with a rental property but overall was beautiful. It was a lengthy Uber ride to downtown (20 minutes or so) but the property is worth it.

Very disappointed
This property is not as it appears in the pictures on the website. The home is very much in disrepair with rotted wood, broken towel racks and shower heads. Was very disappointed when I saw in one of the showers that there was someone else's hair on the wall. It appears it had not be cleaned! The house is in a very beautiful neighborhood and the only perk from staying here was the view from the backyard that overlooks Lake Austin. Was surprised to find that the home has noise ordinance hours that are 10pm-7am so if your group is excessively loud you will be reported.

Beautiful property
This house was lovely and the location was great. You do have a slight drive to get to most things, but it’s not terrible. The master bed was so comfortable. The layout is great as well. My only suggestion would be that the owner needs to get a larger coffee pot. We had 6 people trying to get coffee in the mornings and the coffee pot is only a two cup pot (there weren’t an K-Cups for the Kerig).

Lovely view! Great house.
The house was large and well appointed. We were very comfortable. Geraldo the property manager was very responsive to our issues and addressed them swiftly. The pool is nice, a little worn. But the view is wonderful.
Plenty of parking, and an easy 20 min drive to downtown.

Wonderfull stay and a wonderful property. Bedrooms are nicely appointed and the renters club made sure that towels were placed on each bed prior to our arrival. Pictures are also quite accurate.

Great vacation spot
The house was better than expected! It was spotless and had everything you needed. The view from the backyard was gorgeous! We had a very comfortable stay. The staff was extremely helpful throughout the process and during our stay at the house. We would recommend staying here and would love to go back soon!

Perfect place for a team meeting
Overall, the house is great. It's in need of a bit of repair. Light bulbs burnt out in primary fixtures, outdoor spaces need some work. No wine opener, blow dryers should be in every bath that has a shower facility. That being said, The Renter's Club were very quick to respond. There was plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, towels, sheets, etc. They have done a nice job with the house overall, and even though it is 20 min to a grocery store, and 15 min to good restaurants, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
