We had a great time at this large house . The location was great short walk to the pool and beach and a great restaurants close to the house. The high light of the house was the amazing rooftop we cooked played games and had an exceptional time . The owner and the host were at your beckon call if you needed anything. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great time with their family or friends. Thanks Shirley and Bertha for a great two week vacation.

Everything was great beginning to end. The house is beautiful and well kept.

Overall great experience! Shirley and the on-site host were both responsive before and during the stay. We had a few issues in the house and most were fixed within hours. Issues with the washing machine weren’t able to be fixed, but Shirley offered to pay for us to get our clothes washed. Great location away from the big resort crowds but near restaurants and small shops. Short Uber from Walmart for groceries. Everyone in the family (ages 20s-80s) was able to enjoy this spot.

Shirley’s home was a great location with just walking minutes away from the beach and community pool. The home with spacious and fully equipped with all your needs for cooking and bbqing. There were many restaurants to choose from within a short walking distance. We used Carlos for as our tour guide. We were a family if 12 and he had a van that was able to accommodate us all. A trip to stone island, horse back riding and a trip to the tequila factory was fun. If you are planning a trip to mazatlan, we highly recommend Shirley’s place. The host, all staff were friendly and responded to all our inquiries and questions quickly. We will definitely be back when visiting mazatlan. A special thanks to Shirley, Bertha, Julia, Carlos sand the security guard Marcielo for making our stay safe, comfortable and fun.

Swimming pool area had empty beer cans all over grass and people eating in pool no one supervising pool area.

Wonderful location with convenience to the Beach & lots of store within blcks. Very quiet location & very comfortable furnishings & conveniences, Loved working with the Host. Fine. She always responds promptly to my inquiries, Great place to stay.. I wish I could have stayed longer than 2 nights. Next time surely plan to stay. Shirley Meece, gave us information of places we can use during our stay, she is a Wonderful person.

Mazatlan was beautiful but the home was even more. Everyone was very attentive and helpful. If I were to return, I would definitely stay at the same place.

I loved everything about this house, the hosts, the location, and the city.

Shirley is the best. Great house with all the amenities you can ask for. The rooftop deck is big enough to host a party for 60 at least . Every bedroom has a top notch bathroom with huge closets and the view of the ocean was breathtaking. This was a vacation my friends and I will never forget.

This property gave my family a casa to enjoy while experiencing Mazatlan. Pool was too cold to enjoy and not inviting to sit around but beach access was amazing. Looney Bean coffee a couple blocks away was the perfect way to start our day and happy hour at Mr Lionso most evenings. This property comes with a host that gave us amazing service and great recommendations. We will be back!

This home is gorgeous and comfortable for all of us. The location is perfect for beach access and restaurant options. We would recommend to anyone and hope to stay again sometime.

If you like a place outside of the city this is it! Beautiful house and area, surf right outside, rip currents are very strong so tricky with small children. We had the best time and will definitely be back

This location is awesome and gives you easy/convenient access to the beach and a restaurant! Lots of bedrooms and beds provides a great space for a large group. Unfortunately, the only views of the ocean are from the roof (which is a beautiful space and the owner has done a great job making it user friendly!). The only other bummer for us (with small kids in the group) was the pool was very cold. It's a neighborhood pool, so it's controlled by the management, but it was ICE cold! Shirley and Eduardo are AMAZING hosts. I have stayed in multiple VRBO's and they are by far the best I've ever had! Very communicative and helpful with everything we needed!!!
