Beautiful well decorated very convenient apartment in close proximity of Breda city and at same time close to nature

It is a very good stay, bear in mind that you need to walk up to the second floor taking 2 stairs.

De sfeer en de ruimte!

Mooi, heel ruim en schoon appartement met comfortabele bedden. Er was koffie en thee aanwezig. Een aardige gastvrouw. Deze B&B is zeker een aanrader.

The beds were very comfortable but unfortunately it is not one big bed as described - it is two single beds made up separately and pushed together. The loft apartment was very bright and spacious with comfortable seating. It was good to have a tumble dryer as well as a washing machine since there is an airing rack but no place to dry outside. There are bus stops close by and only a short journey into the cty centre.

The staircase!! I was aware at time of booking that there were two flights of stairs but I didn't expect them to be so steep or narrow. Unless you are pretty fit and/ young the staircase is not suitable for carrying luggage up to the apartment - we did it in a few trips and only took what we felt we required for the few days we were there. I also found the rope in place of a hand rail on the second flight a bit daunting.

Excellent accomodation and very friendly host!

The apartment is very spacious and nicely decorated. There's a small kitchen area with everything you need, including a dishwasher. The fridge had a few beverages, some butter and jam in there which we could freely use. There are two bedrooms which makes it ideal for friends or a family with children. The bed was very comfortable (and I'm picky with beds), which allowed for a great night's rest! The bathroom is large with a large bathtub, there is also a washing machine and dryer there. There is ample parking space available so you don't need to worry about where to put your car. The hallway is separated from the rest of the house, so you have a private way in and out, which is nice if you're coming back late after going out in the city. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. My girlfriend had to work from "home" for a few hours, and the owner had no problems with us sitting in the living area for a while longer so she could finish. All in all it really exceeded my expectations, I will definitely be coming back here if I need a place to stay in the neighbourhood!
