This was such a fantastic stay. The house is spacious, very clean and well stocked with everything including beach chairs/umbrellas. The beach is AMAZING and is right out the back steps! Pictures and descriptions are super accurate. Views are incredible. It’s truly a paradise.

Booked as a last minute get away for our Anniversary. The owner was very quik to respond. The house was comfortable well decorated clean. The area is quiet peaceful beaches. Views are beautiful from the master suite. Everything was perfect. Definitely highly recommend. Only thing I see being a concern for some could be all the steps . Going up into the home then upstairs to the bedrooms..

The house is simply amazing! It is exactly as described and just like the pictures look. The house is roomy and comfortable. Great location, right on the beach, very clean and stocked! Stacey wants her guests to enjoy their trip and not worry about anything! She is very responsive when she's contacted. There are plenty of resturants close by and Panama City is a very short drive as well for more dining options. Our family just loved the home look forward to returning again! We could not have asked for any better accommodations! The trip was amazing! The view was outstanding! My dad was recently dx with cancer and this trip was much needed! He enjoyed everyday sitting and staring at the gulf! We will for certain be staying here again!! We loved it!!!

This property is beautiful! Steps off the balcony and straight onto the beach! No need to even pack a cooler or lug all of your stuff at once to the beach..its easy to walk back and get whatever you need. Stunning views! Love being away from the chaos of in town pcb. Very family friendly area. Stacey was wonderful to deal with. Comfortable sleeping arrangements, comfortable relaxing furniture and master shower is the best vacation shower ever! Highly recommend Angelos steak house, Byuou Bills (crab legs) , and The Doughnut hole (breakfast or lunch is amazing) Great experience and will be back soon!

This place is like home, very comfortable, huge and, by far, the most well stocked and well decorated place we have ever stayed. The beach is right there and without the crowds. The balconies have comfy furniture and we spent hours enjoying the best view and a near constant breeze. Thomas Donuts is literally within walking distance and everything you need is close by. Stacey was a excellent host and very responsive to any questions. Such a peaceful week spent there. We can't say enough and we will definitely be back.

Our family of four (including 2 teens) stayed here for a week during the summer of Covid 2021. The beach views were amazing (obviously, as shown in the photos). The place was very clean and had everything we could have possibly needed, including many pantry staples, such as coffee, creamer, sugar, cooking oil, etc. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The house was great overall. My one complaint about the property was that the downstairs living area seemed much darker inside than what is shows in the photos. This was not a problem for anyone other than myself. I like to do jigsaw puzzles while on vacation. But the room was simply too dark for the 1000 piecers that I put together. So I had to ditch the puzzle. No worries though. There was plenty to do otherwise. The Farkles must have been renting the house next door for their family reunion. They yelled and played pool games day and night. So it was not a very quiet week for us. Other than that, no other noises except for the crashing of the waves. We appreciated the personal touches, such as local restaurant recommendations, beach chairs, and makeup wash cloths. They thought of everything! Overall, I would certainly recommend this property. So close to PCB, but far enough away that the beach is not overly crowded. The price was considerably lower than some of the newer properties in the area, so it is a big bang for the buck (in my opinion). Thanks so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. We hope to return in the near future.

We stayed with our twin daughters at the property over spring break and it was a great time. It was convenient and had beautiful beach scenes, with easy access along with a beautiful home.

The location of the house, right in front of a wide beach is excellent, two spacious balconies overlook the water, sun sets right in front. The house has an open ground floor with windows that offer views of the sea at all times. The house was very clean and the kitchen, in particular, is very well appointed. It was a pleasure to cook all our meals at the house. All appliances are new and in perfect working order. Several supermarkets are within a few-minutes drive, some offer curbside pickup or delivery.

Wonderful vacation and a wonderful host! Loved the location and the home was beautifully kept! Walking straight out to the beach, makes it all the better! The owner was so nice and very easy to work with. The house was amazing and far exceeded our expectations! Beds are so comfortable, the master bathroom shower is incredible and the views from anywhere in the house were stunning!! The house was Equipped with everything you need. Ocean Breeze is exactly as described and pictured, only better...right on the beach, yet without the huge crowds that are at most of the beaches at the condos....an at home feeling...relaxing...and stocked with so many thoughtful extras from cooking spices to a variety of coffees...I could go on and on but in all the places I’ve stayed before, I’ve never seen any other place where there were so many items stocked for your convenience. And the host Stacey, could not possibly ask for anyone to be more helpful in all areas...this was a much needed getaway for my family. Highly highly recommend Ocean Breeze for anyone wanting a peaceful, relaxing, no hassle vacation at the beach. ❤️

Everything about Ocean Breeze was top notch. Communication was great, house was immaculate. We had everything we needed for the week. We were on the west end of town, so the neighborhood was quiet and the beach was not crowded at all. We’ve stayed at quite a few VRBO properties and decided this one is the nicest. 5 stars from us! The house is wonderful--lots of windows and light. Well out-fitted kitchen. Great that they also provide chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. TV and wifi worked well too. Overall a terrific stay!

Great place and owner was very accommodating. This was a last second reservation for a rainy cold period around nye. We would highly recommend if you’d prefer to wake up to the ocean vs. 1000s of tourists (i.e. 30A). Only complaint was the instruction to empty ALL trash cans before leaving or face excessive cleaning fee. Seemed a little excessive but didn’t take away from a great stay. Would highly recommend for a family getaway.

We had a great time staying at this property! Everything was as described and very clean! All communications were timely and the amenities were great! This home has perfect beach access and unbelievable views from the decks! We were able to enjoy coffee on the beach in the mornings and used a local company, Light Me Up Beach Bonfires, for a campfire on the beach one evening. The home is very roomy and well kept. We would definitely stay here again!

We've stayed in a good many places along the beach from Panama City Beach to Gulf Shores and I have to say this place was the best and the most like home that we've stayed in. From the plethora of TVs(football you know!), excellent supply of cookware(that were all CLEAN), to the excellent kitchen(a real kitchen!), and super balconies everything was a hit for us! It was especially great that there were nice supplied beach chairs and other beach stuff! Overall a great stay and I wouldn't be surprised if we showed up again next year!

We've stayed in many beach homes over the years, but our recent stay at Ocean Breeze tops them all. I hesitated to write a glowing review for fear it might get too popular and we'd never get the opportunity to stay there again! If you want a luxury home on the beach with all the amenities and without the crowds, you need to reserve Ocean Breeze Vacation House.

Returned here after such a great experience earlier in the year. It was just as fabulous this time. Stacey is always a pleasure to deal with, and always adding improvements like a new grill. She definitely takes pride in her rental. We forgot how comfortable the master bed is too. Perfect beachfront getaway! I’m sure we’ll be back.

So enjoyed our stay! The property is well stocked with plenty of paper products, hand soap and towels which can be in short supply in beach rentals. We loved the beach and the proximity to local shops. We will be back!

The home and property was everything advertised. I don't think we could have found any better listing to meet our needs. The home was exceptionally clean and well stocked so that we didn't have to go out at all. Updated amenities and perfect location. Outstanding views and comfort. Thanks and hope to return soon.
