Hübsche Wohnung im viktorianischen Fourplex mit zwei Schlafzimmern im zweiten und dritten Stock im Herzen von Beach Haven, einen Häuserblock vom Strand entfernt und gegenüber dem Surf Light Theatre. Zweiter Stock enthält Wohnküche, Wohnzimmer, Bad. Das ausgebaute Dachgeschoss im dritten Stock verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer (eines mittelgroß und eines klein). Großer Garten mit gepflasterter Terrasse und Grillplatz zur alleinigen Nutzung (neben dem grünen Schuppen). Gemeinsamer Rasen, Hängematte, gemauerter Außenofen / Kamin, Waschküche, Außendusche und WC. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bars, der Yachthafen, der Vergnügungspark Fantasy Island, der Thundering Surf Water Park und das einzige Huhn oder Ei, dessen heiße Flügel durch das Food Network Man Vs. Essen.

My family (myself, my husband and our infant) had a wonderful 2 day stay here. We booked the property last minute and Nancy and David were incredibly responsive and accommodating with our check-in and check-out times. The house is in a great location that is walkable to local restaurants and shops, as well as to the beach which it made it easy for us to go back and forth as we needed. The property was as listed/described/shown in pictures; the roof deck in particular is a very lovely feature where we enjoyed our morning coffee and downtime each day.

The location of this property is hard to beat, and the communication with ownership was very responsive to questions/issues we had (as we did communicate with them). The property has easy access to several great restaurants and bars, a great grocery store at the end of the block, and a wonderful mini-golf course at the end of the street. The beach is easily accessible 1.5 blocks from the house. And the large outside deck provides great gathering space outside with, and without shade (there’s a large umbrella available).
If you cannot do steps, this place is not for you… it’s second and third floor with Victorian-era stairs on the inside. If you are not a fan of birds, this may be a challenge as well… there are families of Finches that enjoy the outside deck as much as the guests. The bedding is a little confusing - the master is a king, and the other room has two twins that are separated but butted-up to each other and sandwiched between the walls… crawl in, crawl out. The space was clean. The space’s condition was ok; some areas were worn and functioned with some assistance (the umbrella didn’t lock, the cable wasn’t fully functional, and the AC units worked but needed cleaning).
It’s a good stay with a great deck and location… if you plan to be outside, or out and about, you’ll like it much better!

Location, location, location
The house was comfortable and perfect for our family of four. Nancy and David were extremely quick to respond to any questions we had. I’d highly recommend booking it for its prime location in Beach Haven.

The condition of the property was just depressing. Refrigerator exterior was covered with rust. Ceiling and dry wall was cracked and peeling. Everything was just old and sad.

Great choice for LBU
Great location, comfortable house, very responsive owner. AC worked well, WiFi and cable very good. Nice outdoor space. No complaints, will book again.

Nancy and her husband were great. The place we rented was up the stairs. We had everything we needed for a nice long weekend. The location is excellent as well.

The home is well maintained, my extended family rented three units, and it was nice to have three separate areas for everyone. My only regret is that we never had s'mores in the backyard :( . Nancy was very responsive, although we didn't have any issues. Highly recommend!

Very Memorable Family Vacation
My wife began communicating with Nancy almost a year prior to our stay. All throughout the process she was very quick to respond and super friendly. My wife and I stayed here with our two kids (8 and 5) and this place was just what we were looking for. We arrived during a 100+ degree heat wave and the AC on the main floor was heavenly. Unfortunately, the two bedrooms on the upper floor had small window units that were not capable of combating against the heat, so the rooms were very stuffy until the sun set and the units were given a few hours to try and cool the rooms. Even then the rooms weren't as cool as we would have preferred.
The bedrooms offered a total of four beds so we ended up actually having two additional beds available so some family came to visit for a couple of days which made our vacation that much more special. This place was super close to the beach as well as the Pearl Street Market but more importantly, The Chegg! This place is at a great location and we had a wonderful time.

Solid house, great location
Had a great vacation week at this rental. The check in process was easy and the apartment well maintained. The owners were available if I needed them. The location to the beach and downtown is ideal. Although there is a rental on the first floor, the house is so solid I never heard them.
I recommend Nancy & David and this property for a wonderful LBI experience.

It was our first time renting in Beach Haven and we loved it. This rental is small- perfect for our family w our pooch. We are the kind of family that enjoys some meals at home but is up and out early for the day. We walked everywhere- even to the grocery store which is right on the corner. The back yard is shared - we had nice talks with our downstairs neighbors, they were lovely. This rental is great for you if you need a casual cozy space in an awesome walkable neighborhood. Location in the middle of Beach Haven could not be better. Parked the car on Saturday and it did not move for the week. Beautiful weather -- there is something magical about LBI. Property quaint, met and exceeded all expectations. Wonderful backyard and facilities. Most impressive are the owners: Nancy and David are very attentive, and very customer focused. We highly recommend the property and the owners.

This is a great spot close to the beach with all the basics you need for a good beach vacation. We loved that we were able to bring our dog and our friends bought theirs. They are both well behaved dogs yet many places want you to leave your fur baby home! The backyard is divided up nicely so the top floor and bottom floor have their own bbq and space to hang. We would stay again!

They are both well behaved dogs yet many places want you to leave your fur baby home! The backyard is divided up nicely so the top floor and bottom floor have their own bbq and space to hang. Fantasy Island and Bay Village are just down the road. Two hotels at the end of the block have live bands, great food and drink. The back yard patio, laundry area, and outside shower were welcome additions! Spacious inside bathroom, cozy bedrooms, great light, and lots of hooks to hang things on, made everything very comfortable! Beach tags and beach chairs were also included! It is exactly as described in the listing but BETTER. Don't let the stairs stop you. Loved all the exercise we got this week. You can leave the car behind! Our children (15, 18, 22) were able to be very independent and enjoy all that Beach Haven offers!
