Great stay, close to the beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

Pre-season beach trip, no rain but windy. We enjoyed the area and did some hiking on beach and in the neighborhood. Not many businesses open just yet but did notice that people were making preparations for the upcoming season. Home is in nice location and in walking distance from the main town and businesses.

Great location, just what we needed, close to everything we wanted to do, beautiful weather, highly recommended. Beach was great!

We had a lovely, mid-week September stay in this cozy, well-located property. SO CLEAN!! Quiet neighborhood with ample parking during our stay. 1 block from public beach access, 2 blocks from stores and restaurants. We’d definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our beach getaway.

We loved staying at this clean Victorian house. The location is perfect and within walking distance from local restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay there again. The only suggestion I have is to provide shower caddies for tenets to make using the outside shower easier.

Perfect location. Can walk to everything. Convenient to hop on and off to the beach. Will be back!

Some reviewers mention the size. Yes, it's a smaller apartment; not a full size beach house. The size was fine for our family of four. Might not be suited for larger families, but we were comfortable. The location is excellent, with the beach just 1/2 block to one side and the shopping less than two blocks in the other direction. (Advice: if you have kids, you'll probably want to bring a Roku or similar. The cable is the most basic plan with almost no channels.)

Our family loves staying at this apartment!!! Location is so nice- close to the beach, the park, many of our favorite shops nearby, and the market in case we need to pick anything up. We love the outdoor space, gardens, and all of the beautiful beach decor inside. This is our second time staying here and we hope to keep returning! Beach bliss! :)

Nice place for 2 adults. A little small but very clean and a wonderful location.

The house is teeny tiny. The photos are deceptive. The bedrooms are upstairs but the only bathroom is down a windy steep staircase. The shower is so small I could barely manage and I am not a big person. The master bedroom is so small that you can barely get to the other side of the bed and can hardly even fit 2 people in the room, has a low ceiling too. Bed is not very comfortable. The ‘den’ is narrow and tiny. They say it has cable but in reality it only has basic network channels maybe 4 of them. Even still, the room is so narrow that the couch can’t even face the tv. Very uncomfortable. The Keurig didn’t work and the house had a musty smell. We ended up leaving a day earlier than planned because we were so unhappy.

Spent the weekend at this property (scheduled at the last minute) and we all had a wonderful time. The place is very clean, cute, and recently updated. It is located right across the street from Veteran's Park which means it is convenient to walk to everything in Beach Haven. Dog friendly property and outdoor space. Very responsive owners and property manager when we had questions and had a lock issue (fixed almost right away). It is a place we will stay at again.

We received an email late on the evening before we were to check in to our VRBO property. The email was lengthy an gave us check in information. But in the last paragraph of the email there was a sentence reminding us to bring towels and linens.. .. We were asleep when the email came to my inbox. We departed for New Jersey at 4:30 in the morning. I did not open the email until we arrived in Beach Haven NJ. We discovered there were no towels and sheets on the beds. We spent a good 2 hours on the phone and the internet trying to contact the property manager or owner .. finally the owner called us back .. we were directed on where to find clean sheets anf towels in other apartments on this property.. home .. All turned out fine .. we just were upset . We felt misled. No where on the listing of this property was the need to bring your own linens or towels disclosed. The email late at night was an insult as we had a 12 hour drive from Indiana. We had come to the Long Beach Island for a wedding on Saturday. We loved the area. Sad we had such a stressful start to our visit.

The property looks as listed, great location, close to beautiful beach and walkable to market, restaurants, etc. apartment is a bit small for more than 2 people, we had two young grandchildren with us for part of the time, not great for young children as sleeping area had open staircase. Great for two people! Very comfortable, nice for dogs with park right across street. Enjoyed out stay!

This 2-bedroom unit was the perfect size for our family of three (4 w/2 kids would work well, too). The owners were very responsive, Paul was there to check on things and check in and out was easy. It really is just across the street and over the dune from the ocean. Super-walkable to the grocery store if you need anything, and restaurants, shops, the bay and little amusement park. We've stayed a few places in Beach Haven and would definitely book at this property again. Thank you Maria and Paul!

This property had what we needed - super close to the beach, walking distance to shops, restaurants, and ice cream. Even though it is a shared property (with the 2 other rental units), we felt privacy. The shared outdoor shower and washer/dryer units were never a problem, available when we wanted them. A/C units were also very nice to have. Pet friendly was a plus. It was on the small size for our family of 4 but we made it work!

The AC/heat units were very modern which was helpful because the weather from high 80s to low 60s during our stay. WiFi also worked well. Kitchen had everything we needed. There is only street parking available and we did have trouble finding a spot when returning home some evenings. It is a small and narrow staircase up the stairs to the bedrooms with the bathroom on the first floor. The upstairs carpet could be updated as well as the shower head. Overall for the location, price, and kindness of the owner we would highly recommend this unit.

This apartment was great. Perfect location to restaurants and the main part of town. Super close to the beach. We got engaged here on Friday night and this place will always hold a special place in our hearts. Highly recommend!

The location is perfect! It’s located half a block from the beach and the apartment is perfect for a small family. There are many restaurants and coffee shops all within walking distance. The deck off the kitchen is perfect for bbq’ing and enjoying a dinner outside with the family. The backyard is huge and they also have a laundry and clean outdoor shower. We would definitely return to this property
