The only negative thing is because it is so close to the water, when the winds were really hig, the house moved as well as the beds when trying to sleep. Other than that, it was FANTASTIC!!!

This house was almost, right in the water. It was unnerving a bt in the beginning 5 minutes but quickly I realized how nice this could be for fishing. I would go back to this place immediately.

My husband and I loved the cozy cottage from the moment we walked in. We felt asleep every night listening to the waves crashing in. This beautiful place is very comfortable and the sunrise over the ocean is spectacular.

Reviewer Comments: Property description was accurate regarding the location, layout, amenities, etc. This property was by far the cleanest rental & most well-maintained we have stayed in & my husband & I do a lot of traveling. Wouldn't hesitate to rent this rental again. Check-in & check-out was super easy. We didn't have a need to talk to the owner or manager once we booked the rental. Would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative. As far as activities, attractions and restaurants that we enjoyed do your research before you vacation in Outer Banks & you'll have as marvelous of a time as we did. There is a lot to do in Outer Banks that awaits you. What are you waiting for book your vacation & let the fun begin.
Our only concern was the amount of sand that was on the sidewalk that you had to walk through to get to your rental. There was a lot of sand in the parking lot that you had to walk through from your car to the rental.

The cottage was clean and comfortable, you can hear the ocean inside the cottage, watching the sun rise while dolphins swim by was breath taking

The house was clean and nice . Parking on the sand dunes was not ok. Anyone without a truck would have a hard time with the water and sand in the road. Not man y places open. It was feb. Thanks .

Awesome place to stay, kitchen is a tad small so bring a cooler to help with some storage. Other than that, has been great!

Cut short because of rain, flooding and CV19 (lack of things to do when it rains). Driveway entrance at RT 12 needs updating. The interior was recently updated with new appliances, bathrooms, floors, electrical outlets & switches, fresh paint and AC unit. Wifi worked better than ever. Close to Buxton amenities.

We loved this house. The location on the beach was amazing with sunrises, dolphins swimming by. pelicans in flight and the sound of the ocean breaking on the beach with morning coffee. Could have had a better time. We had some rain and cloudiness but still enjoyed ourselves the entire time. Great rental and great experience with the property management . No a single complaint even if I tried.
