From walking in the door it was bliss, lovely light airy and roomy. There was everything we needed, kitchen had all appliances and accessories, beds super comfy and the location was fantastic for the pubs restaurants and racecourse, will be back.

The location is fabulous. The apartment, bathrooms, etc were spotless. The facilities in the property were excellent with cleaning products, washing up liquid, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, loo rolls etc provided. It was also toasty warm on our arrival. We were able to completely relax for our break. TV channels available were great. The hamper which was there when we arrived was a lovely touch. Our beds were gorgeously comfortable and the crisp, white linen made them more so. There were robes available for everyone and lovely, fluffy towels. The apartment is tastefully decorated and the kitchen is really well stocked for cooking. We will definitely return.

Very clean and comfortable . Convenient for shops and sightseeing. Felt very relaxed during our stay and plan to return.

We cannot complain about anything

Location was superb, could not fault the cleanliness of the property everything was modern and airy. First time we have stayed in an apartment but based on this we are going to be doing alot more staycations this way.

There is nothing we did not like about this apartment. Everything exceeded our expectations, potentially could do with TV's in the bedroom but really not essential.

On entering the apartment we immediately felt relaxed & at home. A welcome goodie basket had also been left for us.. The beds were very comfortable & after our day trips out it was nice to return to the apartment & chill out.

Apartment is in an excellent location for shops, restaurants, Cathedral. Perfect location for walking out and about in Ripon.

A beautifully presented apartment. Fantastic space and location was brilliant. Every care had been taken to ensure we had everything we needed. Beds were exceptionally comfortable and everything was spotless and well allocated.

It was a bit tricky to locate for parking purposes.

Everything about the apartment. It exceeded all our expectations. Welcome pack was a genuine gift of plenty. Which was enjoyed and appreciated by us all. Definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to explore North Yorkshire.

The Apartment was centrally located in Ripon, and was far better than one could expect. The Apartment was spacious and exceptionally well appointed. with an excellent private car park. There was nothing the apartment lacked and if staying in the Ripon area again I will always try to see if it is available. The owners also own a one bedroom apartment.

The apartment lacks for nothing, and I cannot see how one could improve on perfection.

A well equipped and good sized apartment situated in a great location for the city. The information received prior to and during our stay was excellent.

The apartment is beautiful, and the location is first class - we couldn't have asked for anything better. The parking on site was for one car only.

We didn't realise there would only be space for one car. However, the road parking close by was free and satisfactory.
