Location was excellent with access to all of Benalmadena and the other suburbs within 10 minutes. Communication with owners also great. Apartment was extremely spacious in all areas. Bed was very comfortable, and it was quiet at night, so I slept SO well. The apartment had everything you could want- I particularly liked that it had an oven as some apartments only have a microwave and the rain shower was great. I also liked that it had both a balcony and the ability to open up all of the windows on the other side, so both the lounge and bedroom could effectively have balconies. Nice views. I'd definitely stay there again.

Some of the kitchenware, crockery, etc was not very clean as it had been put away dirty by other guests. The kitchen was so well-stocked though with so many useful things (more than I have at home!) that I understand why the owners or cleaners may not have noticed.

Exactly as per description. Friendly helpful owner’s. Good location. All that you need in an apartment.

As per known conditions had to place a cash deposit of 100 Euros on arrival - that’s ok but did not expect to see on a arrival a list of ‘fines’ that would be made from the deposit such as loss of keys, stains on bedding or upholstery etc, etc which made us nervous as to whether reasons would be found for us not to receive our deposit paid.

Great location, very clean apartment with nice views. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment has everything we needed.

The appt itself had good light, was very spacious and was well equipped with all mod cons. The bar at apartments Temple bar was great and so cheap..3e for a beer and white wine. The area itself has great restaurants which are super cheap in comparison to the restaurant's down at the Marina. Indian City was amazing 👌. And if you like chinese there was one just down from the Indian, it was the cheapest meal we had 27e for 2 starters, 2 mains, 2 wines and 2 beers.

This is an appartment in a residential area so there was no change of towels or bed sheets mid week however we did have a washing machine which was so handy and we washed them ourselves. It just meant we had a day with no towels until they dried. Because the building is residential with mostly Spanish and a few English thrown in there was NO communal sunbeds at the pool despite it saying sunbeds are free of charge on their booking.com details. Everyone brought their own chairs down to the pool or if they left them there they locked them up. there were 2 sun chairs under the bed in apartment but when your out at the pool we personally like to lie down to sun ourselves not sit on a chair so that was a big let down having to lie on the ground all week. Theres no lobby or information desk..this is literally an appt in a building.

The apartment was beautiful, very bright and clean. Comfortable beds, big swimming pool and very close to a lot of restaurants. I'll be back.
