Cockroach in room! The beach was full of Seaweed and not taken care of Place was full of messy little corners, soany ants we got bitten daily, No cleaning No pick up Took super long to get answers on booking chat Messenger We paid 1500 Baht per night, it was not worth it. This place needs a loooooot of care to be in shape.

I absolutely LOVED my time at the Ibiza Resort on Haad Yao on Koh Phang Ngan. PERFECT location on one of THE most gorgeous beaches you'll ever find in your lifetime. My room was fantastic - SO close to the beach as well. Lots of choices for beach restaurants and drink shops too. Plus decent snorkelling by the coral not too far off the beach. The bed was super comfortable, fan worked great, no need for A/C for me. Great bathroom with the option of warm/hot water if you need it. VERY clean and tidy and a great layout. Plus they had a huge veranda out front with an awesome hammock too! Khun Wit and his wife were lovely as well and were so helpful and available if I needed anything. Just an awesome "family" run resort. Side note - they were building 5 new air con units on the site when I was there, but the workers worked during the day when I was at the beach so never really heard them. But Wit and his wife apologized for the noise and any inconvenience caused - which was nothing for me. ALL good! There is also a 7-11 on the main road about a 3 minute walk from the resort, plus a few amazing restaurants. Plus you can easily zip into town to hit Phanthip Night Market if you prefer - just 15-20 minutes away on scooter or songtaew. I would TOTALLY recommend this place to anyone and would love to go back again myself.

1) The owners run the place. They are nice and friendly. 2) The location is far from the full moon party but on the beach which is nice.

1) Lots of repairs required in my room. The main door lock wasn't working but the owner was quick to respond and used a spray to unlock the door after 10-15 minutes of wait. Also, the AC was dripping water all night. I informed him in the morning and he quickly fixed that as well. 2) I was informed that the rooms are only cleaned once every 3 days. Our stay was only for 2 days so bummer. We had to make our own beds and clean our rooms. 3) No breakfast or food available at the property. 4) The pillows were thick and beds/mattresses were old and worn out. The owners wife was nice to bring me a thin pillow.

Best place to stay on Haad Yao, and Koh Phangan in general! The A/C bungalow was perfect. The location cannot be bet, it is literally right on the beach which creates a magical atmosphere and the rooms are surrounded by beautifully kept gardens. There are chairs in the sands which are wonderful to relax in for the day and watch the sunset. The food is delicious!! Huge portions and really tasty, prepared by the father and mother who run this hotel. We ate here at least twice a day for five days! You can see the fisherman pulling into the beach, and going to drop off incredibly fresh fish in the evening, which you can order fresh for your dinner. The family who run this place are so helpful and welcoming. The value for money is exceptional and I definitely recommend!

It was a great place, my room was 20mt to the beach, the owners take care of the property very well and very lovely to deal with.

Nothing to dislike to be honest, the paths could have been lit up better but it's not an issue.

Nice little bungalow on the beach, clean and insect free! Very friendly staff. Location was lovely and chilled, exactly what I was looking for.

No room cleaning all week, no electric kettle in the room, and wifi was not great.

Restaurant was closed during my stay. But according the owner, it will be reopen again in a couple of months .

My father has been here during a period of almost four weeks. He was very happy about his stay in Ibiza Beach Resort. He mentioned the very nice owner(s), the good location, food and bungalow. He had a very good time and hopes to return next winter.

Such a lovely family who run this place, super friendly and helpful. The huts are in a fantastic location right on the beautiful shores of Haad Yao beach which is the longest beach on the island (but still not that long). The bungalow huts are really spacious with AC and hot water and a hammock to rest in. There's a cafe in the resort and great restaurants nearby.

The bar next door plays horribly loud EDM a couple of nights a week which made getting up early for the Muay Thai gym very difficult, but it's not too often and earplugs blocked it out mostly.

The location is wonderful! Situated in Haad Yao. It is central enough not to feel isolated, but gar enough to be peaceful. Wit and his family are very welcoming and always ready to assist with even the most random of requests. Like when they arranged their bbq grill for me to grill fresh fish on.

We missed having a fridge.

No hot water kettle in the room but you can get hot water in the glass from the kitchen just not after 7pm then they are closed for the day.
