Tres Marias Luxury Suites is conveniently located to the gay nightlife in Zona Romatica. Nice waterfall shower with decent pressure and hot water consistently. Each suite also has daily housekeeping - should you so choose - and are very clean. Nice rooftop pool, which is open to all staying, but always had it to myself. Staff also went above and beyond to watch my bags and allow me to pick them up at 4:30 am (after checking out the previous day).

Fantastic location and incredibly warm welcome. Highly recommended. We had suite 10, huge accommodation with 1.5 bathrooms, comfortable bed and sofa and highly effective AC. Suite got serviced to a high standard every day. Well equipped kitchen, two balconies and rooftop terrace with small but clean and very pleasant pool.
Great amenities within seconds including two small supermarkets, some fantastic taco/quesadilla/juice/hotdog stands serving excellent fresh food, lovely restaurants for cheap breakfasts (try Macareno) and dinners (Doña Chela) and a fabulous coffee shop (Rico Café). Finally great drinking places - We’ve never had a more friendly welcome than at Reinas across the road from the apartment; a quirky bar with incredibly reasonably priced drinks - lovely piña coladas and punchy margaritas.
Only a 6/7 minute walk to the beach, beach towels provided. Everything very local and convenient.
There was a church festival going on all week with some very loud bells! But it added culture and some amusement…!

The apartment was very well equipped, it’s was spotless, and the location was amazing. Taco stands downstairs are a MUST!!
Honestly-NOTHING! it was all SUPERB
(OH, but don’t fully close the balcony doors with you on the outside. we got locked out once, but rescued within a few minutes)

Excellent facilities. Comfort, security, privacy and relatively quiet. Excellent wifi. Central location if you like to walk and explore . . . but be wary of crowded and uneven sidewalks and mind the almost hidden traffic lights 🚦 and don’t walk when red. Very helpful and friendly management.
No view from the room. But upstairs terrace is lovely! Washing machine in closet had bad smell.

The apartment was super nice with a lovely view from the balcony, a washer/dryer (so clutch!), and two nice TVs. The pool is lovely, if a bit small. And the staff were helpful/diligent.
The silver gate for entry is a little tough to find the first time, but not a problem at all..

I loved everything about the property! I loved how nice everyone was, the recommendations they given, how clean and well kept it was, and most importantly how safe the hotel made me feel. I loved how close everything was and how accessible everything was. This place was AMAZING! I will be coming back for sure!
It’s hard to find opportunities for this place to import e one because there was so much good. I would probably suggest partnering with a vendor or two to offer a couple of excursions.

I’m struggling to think of anything… maybe an electric tea kettle… but that’s likely strange for a warm climate. I just made hot tea in the microwave… 🤷🏽♂️

Everything about this place is amazing! Our initial accommodation was a disaster so we were amazed when we were able to book and check in at Tres Marias within 20 minutes of contacting the property. The location is superb - close by to various bars, stores and the beach, but at the same time the property is tucked in a quiet area. The rooftop pool is stunning as well as the overall service and staff - we always felt welcome and all our requests were quickly satisfied, be it renting beach chairs and parasols from the property (at no cost) or changing rooms due to street noise on side of the property. All in all, we highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Puerto Vallarta.
Perhaps the only thing where there is room for improvement is installing better soundproofing windows, especially on the side facing the street with taco stands.

EVERYTHING!!! The staff was absolutely incredible, the rooms were perfect for a longer stay- fully equipped kitchens, living spaces, bedrooms, made enjoying time with friends exceptional.
The rooftop space was gorgeous! Beautiful pool and we took advantage of the grill one night and had several meals on the patio. Breathtaking!
Location is incredible. Minuets to the beach/malecon, steps to several dining and bar establishments, and only a few blocks from local markets. So incredibly happy with our stay and everything we experienced!

The apartment was clean and comfortable and very attractively designed. It’s quiet even though situated in a busy neighborhood. The pool deck was a great plus where I was able to meet friendly residents.

The place was a little hard to find; we arrived with a taxi at the Google address, but the apartments are behind a secure door that doesn't show the name sign outside. The lady, however, was right outside and we got the key immediately. The batteries on our safe were low and we couldn't lock it, but the lady gave us the key for the lock, and new batteries, and all was fine. She was really helpful! And all of this was communicated without me speaking much Spanish and her speaking much English. I loved that experience!
The place is also great base to experience the Old Town, and the tacos just outside the door are fantastic!

I liked that it was clean, spacious, and quiet. I was on a higher floor, so I had a nice view of the city and the mountain.
I just wish there was more seating available up at the pool.
