We stayed at this house for our 2nd time and it is still the cleanest home we’ve ever rented. It fits our family of 4 comfortably with plenty of room to spare. It’s in a safe neighborhood with a beautiful pool and close to many restaurants, beaches, and baseball fields. Highly recommend!

This house was by far the cleanest home we’ve ever rented. The beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was safe and the central location was perfect for our family of four. We’ll certainly be back next year!

In a beautiful community and Conveniently located to the baseball fields we were playing at. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space for everyone.

Location.. Location.. the house was in a fantastic location to get you to the beach with very easy access and to the historical downtown Fort Myers to very good dining.. The owner’s did respond with request to have easier access to the home with providing a garage code instead of the entire process of one of us having to unlock the front door and then open the garage for the car. However dodging the hornets nest that was on the right side of the garage just above the access key pad was a challenge, the owners were contacted about the nest with no response so we made sure to leave early morning and come home after dark when the hive was less active. We were a family of three, we had to purchase towels as there was only 6 towels and two wash clothes and absolutely no beach towels or other supplies for our use to include beach gear. There was one beach chair very dated and one broken sun umbrella, again nothing to use. The home was stunning to look at on the inside but not functional.. there was not even wine glasses and we understand with a pool one might not want glass outside on the deck but there are beautiful plastic wine glasses that could be suggested. The home was very stark, no decorations except for the wall art that is shown true to pictures shown. The pool was freezing, we did not use the space or pool, just not welcoming. Usually there are a few things to use in the kitchen from past rentals such as salt, pepper.. spices but it must be cleaned out after every rental and so again more expense. After years of rentals for our vacations, we have never had to go and spend a couple hundred just to have simple towels and comforts. The beds are very dated and uncomfortable, there are two queens, no king as listed. The comforters in both main rooms have had there share of wear and tear and could really use a update, just dingy. We knew this was not going to be a place to hang the first day there and adjusted what home plans that we would have had and just spent the extra money by staying out. The last thing I would say is.. what is going on with the air conditioning, we would get up several times a night just sweating with the thermostat being back to 76 within a few hours of adjusting to a cool setting. Again, one would use this home as a base due to the fantastic location but that would be the extent.

This was our first time using Vrbo and staying in someone else’s home. Communication was fast and easy. House was super clean, open, and spacious. Would stay here again.

The property was listed very accurately. The newly updated home was clean and well supplied with all the basics. We enjoyed the pool tremendously and everything was in perfect working order. Access to the house was easy and all instructions received from the property owner were clear and easy to follow. However, we did not receive entry codes and instructions until we messaged the property owner the day before we were set to arrive, even though after a prior inquiry they stated they send out the codes "a couple of days" before the arrival date. Otherwise, all ratings would have been 5 stars.

The house and our stay was simply amazing, no other way to put it. I actually think the listing doesn't do it justice, much roomier than we gathered from the pics, for example. Perfectly met our needs. Super clean, great set up, nice location, lovely pool. Adriana was a wonderful host, responded to questions immediately. We would definitely return!

we loved the property and location and quality of kitchen appliances. Didn't care for the large picture in the living room of the gal in the suit. It didn't seem to go with the other art work. Airconditioning was great. TV in living room was very hard to work and with no instructions on the remotes. There needed to be a tv in the second bedroom. Pool was great and clean but pool furniture in bad shape but we are easy tennants and enjoyed working with Adriane, but think she would want to know. The water pressure in main shower not very strong. Nice furniture and a nice neighbor. Hope to see you again sometime Adrianne. I made the trip fine and my son is doing very well. Regards to you. My friends and I had a great time at this property and would highly recommend. Indoor/outdoor spaces were all beautiful and not too far from the beaches!

Location was great, quite beautiful neighborhood. The owner was amazing answered my text on spot. House was clean with all kitchen supplies you could need. Amazing vacation home!

We had an easy stay and found everything we needed to make traveling with a family easy. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to most everything in Ft. Myers. Love the openness of the main living areas and the split floor plan was perfect for a family with children.

This property has pictures that are old as it pertains to current conditions. My family arrived to a property dirty make shift property that smelled like mildew. I’m sure there is a mold problem. We left right away for health concerns . The owner of the property has yet to contact me to provide a refund . I ended up spending additional money for a trip planned weeks ago. I reached out to the owner again and he said he’s still hasn’t made a decision. He first told me there’s nothing he can do . BEWARE

Overall it was a great house but a couple things were meh. Living room furniture is lacking even though there’s plenty of room to add more. It’s literally one couch unless half your family wants to sit in another room with no tv. Bikes in garage with flat tires were apparently not meant for guests. No pool towels and very few bath towels. Kitchen was awesome! House was very clean and the pool was great.
