We are 6 longtime friends who met many years ago in Boston. We reunion twice a year going back some 20+ years. This was a perfect location for our reunion this time to the place where it all began. Plenty of room, close to ocean and Boston proper, and wide open to relax, cook, play cards, watch TV and share together. Perfect for a family or groups of friends. Janita our host was very accommodating and pleasant to communicate with online. Highly recommend for a trip to the Boston area.

Everything was perfect! Plenty of room for parking which is rare in that area. Huge side yard, again rare. House was well kept, everything worked. Had an issue with a toilet that was resolved immediately. Communication was great and our week was full of sunshine, laughter and smiles. Couldn’t be happier. 10/10

The house was a perfect fit for our big family. Lots of room to spread out and so close to the wonderful beach. I'd highly recommend this house for large families that want a great beach just steps outside the door.

This house was a fantastic spot for our large family to gather. There was plenty to do in and around the house and everything was laid out for an easy check-in and check-out. It's easy to feel at home here. Janita was very accommodating when we made the reservation on short notice and always responsive during our stay. The grill and fire pit out back was a special treat.

We were seven adults in town for a wedding! Plenty of space and 3 bathrooms were enough to accommodate us with no issues. Love the house, and the community and there's nothing as welcoming as a sunbathed beach right out your door. Janita was there for all our needs and we hope to visit again!

Amazing home! Plenty of room for us & we had 3 adults & 7 kids.

My husband and I wanted a beach getaway near Boston this Thanksgiving to accommodate our 2 children who are attending schools out there. Sea La Vie was the perfect choice for a restful family Thanksgiving holiday. The home is well-appointed, and we were able to cook all our family favorites all together in the very spacious kitchen. We were also able to enjoy the beautiful ocean view while enjoying our dinner, and a tranquil walk on the beach afterwards. Janita was the perfect hostess, and communication with her was a breeze! She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. We were able to return our kids to their Boston apartments rested, well-fed and ready for finals week! We hope to return next year and make this a new Thanksgiving tradition while our kids are in Boston!

Very spacious home with plenty of different places to hang out. While we were in town for a family funeral, staying here made for a calm and quiet place to regroup and rest. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and baking! The beach walks were particularly helpful for all of us! We didn't get to make use of the fire pit out back because it rained but that is another feature we would have used for sure.

My family of ten (7 adults and 3 children) enjoyed our stay in this house. The kitchen is well equipped with a large refrigerator/freezer, Keurig coffee maker, gas stove, and ample seating for a crowd. The bedrooms, all upstairs, are comfortable and were a perfect layout for our group. The den is very large and provides a good place for varies activities. The beach is just a few steps from the house. Marshfield has numerous restaurants and shopping areas. All of us agreed that this was a perfect vacation home.

The house had a lot of living space, was very clean and well equipped. The location was also great. The owner was very easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend this property.

Having rented numerous locations through VERBO to date this was the perfect transaction. The owner was exceptional to work with. Could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The house itself was fantastic!! Clean, well appointed and well maintained. Location just steps to the shore and short driver to local shopping. Easy drive to Boston or the Cape. Quality furnishings and mattresses and well equipped kitchen. Priority on the kitchen due to a wedding cake "Production" had to be accomplished. HIGHLY Recommended 5 Stars Nancy H.P.

Janita was very communicative and the house was in great shape, beautiful and spacious and right next to the water. Huge common areas and all the amenities. Great property!

Sadly we were in town for a funeral and needed a place for two families to stay. This home was perfect. Plenty of space and having a home instead of a hotel room was great so family could be together during a difficult time. Janita was very responsive and so helpful in making sure our stay was comfortable. Would love to come back in the summer amd enjoy the beach!

Could not be happier with our three-night stay. The house was in perfect condition upon arrival. Location puts you 50 feet away from the ocean. Ample space for 10 with a great fire pit outside. Everyone who stayed raved about the condition and location. Have already marked this as a favorite for any future trips down. Janita is extremely thorough with details and is helpful at every turn. Could not say enough good things about this house and its owner.

My wife and I rented this beach house in August 2016 and I have to say, it was the best vacation home we've ever experienced. There was virtually nothing missing that we needed, and the proximity to the beach was a pleasure, being 20 paces from door to sea wall! There was ample seating for everyone in our extended family, and never a wait for a bathroom or shower. The street was quiet and the neighbors were respectable and friendly. SItting around the fire pit making s'mores was always a great way to end the day. Our kids enjoyed using the beach volleyball court beside the house. The host was a pleasure to deal with, and was very accommodating to any concerns we had. IF you're looking for a headache-free vacation, this is the place!

GREAT rental. Fell asleep and woke to the sound of waves daily. Property includes 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths - more than adequate space for 10. There was never a wait for shower time - never a loss of hot water. Kitchen is oversized with both counter seating and table for 6 more. Dining room easily seats 12. Not once did we need to eat in shifts. The house was spotless, in good repair and well stocked - adequate linens, towels, dishes and cooking equipment. Washer and dryer an added convenience especially with 2 small children in the house. Janita was responsive, attentive and most accommodating. I needed a crib/playpen and it was there - prior to my arrival. I had a specific request for a Keurig coffee maker -I don't function before my first morning cup of coffee. Janita had it set up ... with pods ready to go. The beach was literally 100 yards from the front door - couldn't ask for more. Made the frequent/multiple back and forth commutes with both an infant and an 88 yo easy. Impressive outdoor space - fire pit with lots of seating, picnic tables with seating for at least 12, gas grill, volley ball net/sand court and off road parking for at least 6 vehicles. Enjoyed my first SMORE - with marshmallows roasted on the open fire. Yes - would readily recommend and will consider re-renting the next time I travel to Marshfield.

The house was neat clean and ready to go. The landlord was extremely easy to work with ,and answered any questions prior to our arrival in a timely manner. The house is perfect for anyone that enjoys the beach , a large comfortable place to relax both inside and out with the additional lot attached with volley ball net , fire pit and abundance of outside seating . My family thoroughly enjoyed the week and will plan a return visit .

Janita was so responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. The house was clean and has everything we needed. The location could not be bear. Waking up to the sound if waves was amazing. The house is very spacious and open with lots of windows. Also, having a fire pit and sand vb court out back to ourselves was so fun! We would definitely stay there again!
