We had a great experience staying at the Casita. Jennifer and family are terrific hosts and made our stay very comfortable. The property is amazing and our toddler loved the dogs, chickens, and pool. I would absolutely recommend this stay.

This property is beautiful. It is quiet and was a great place to stay. Very convenient to all the highways. The host is available for all your needs. This was our first VRBO experience and we definitely will go this route again. I hope when we can visit San Diego again this is available .

The casita was very clean and had everything you needed even Fresh eggs!. Peaceful and quiet, beautiful grounds. Jenny was a great host, and all the family was so respectful and friendly in any of the interactions on the property. We would love to come back on another trip.

Let's start with the accessibility the property provides to all the great locations in the Surrounding San Diego area. Being so close to Highway 54 is excellent. Two turns and really close to the onramp is super convenient. The airport is 15 - 20 minutes from the Casita. The next topic of note is the property. With over 2 and a half acres of mini farm it is an oasis in a busy San Diego area. The destination is full of beautiful trees, plants and flowers that make you feel far away but in reality really close to all that southern California has to offer. Inside the Casita was neat, clean, and tidy. The bed is comfortable and cozy. Having the galley kitchen provided a great place to cook a small meal. Ocean breeze flows through the property and feels great. The wifi has excellent bandwidth if you need it. However, the outdoor space, pool, jacuzzi and fore pit will make you forget the internet even exists. Last but never least, the hosts are amazing. Roberto and Jenny made us feel welcome. They never imposed and were very attentive to anything we needed.

This is an amazing property with a very friendly host. It is quiet and secluded in the middle of the city and has a country vibe to it. I can’t wait to visit and stay her e again.

We had a perfect place: security, privacy, cleanliness, and peaceful place to stay while visiting our son and his family. The weather was too cool to use the pool, but it was beautiful. The host (very accommodating) and her family were very nice. The room was perfect with all the amenities to keep us comfortable. The location is perfect with relatively short drives to see anything around the San Deigo area. Simply the best.

Jenn and family were amazing. The property is gorgeous and Jenn was so kind and helpful. Things went a bit sideways, completely out of Jenn's control, and she took care of us every step of the way, going above and beyond. This property is located on 2.5 meticulously maintained grounds. While being in the middle of a metro area your sense is that you are in the country. Great location for any and all amenities. We hit a bad weather week and ended up more house-bound than we like but the Hosts are so friendly and helpful we were very relaxed and well taken care of.

Jenny was super helpful. She offered anything we needed. She was extremly accommodating. The property was beautiful and the place we stayed in was perfect for what we needed. It was a 15 min drive from anywhere we wanted to go, other than La Jolla that was about 20-25 min drive. Loved this quiet place. Would recommend to any couple of two close people traveling together. There is only one king size bed. But it is so comfy. We would stay there again in a heart beat.

That's what we called it! The perfect place for relaxing and enjoying the peace & quiet it offered. We were in SD for 8 nights for a family event. We were 2 miles from them, yet able to have all the privacy we wanted. Jenny & Roberto are the perfect hosts ... the dogs were fun & thank you henhouse for the fresh eggs. Will stay there every time we come back to SD.

A lovely 'oasis' to stay and very close to our planned activities. We enjoyed relaxing in the adirondeck chairs under the mature palm trees. A comfortable, well equipped cabin. Hosts were welcoming and gave us good tips on local hikes. A hidden gem.

We were staying with my friend at Bonita and the house was really nice, was clean and was pretty close to the centre of San Diego. Overall a really great experience!

I have a sleep app on my phone, and according to calculations, I’ve got the best thing ever in my life at this place. Miss Jenny is the best host I’ve ever dealt with. She went above and beyond to accommodate me because I have a fear of spiders she came and got rid of the spider for me Went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and for that I am forever indebted. I love this place.

Jenny communicated every detail very well and was very neighborly during my stay. I had the opportunity to meet her lovely family and the dogs were very friendly. I felt a bit bad coming back late every night as it would get the dogs barking for a bit. The casita was very clean & comfortable. She had even stocked the fridge with fresh eggs from her chickens. I wished I had a chance to use them but alas my schedule prevented me cooking as the space was essentially for me to work and rest, wake and return to my daily activity. If I had thought about it a bit better, I could have made egg salad for my daily routine. My only wish would've probably been for AC but there was a box fan on the window and a fairly powerful house fan to circulate the air. So, that worked out great. Would definitely consider staying again. Thank you for the service & amenities. I wish I also had a chance to use the pool. It looked awesome!

Beautifully landscaped, tranquil setting that is less than 20 minutes from everything in San Diego. Our hosts were super attentive, responsive, and kind to share their property with us. If we get to San Diego again, this is where we want to stay. Our hosts provided us recommendations of places to check out, were so friendly, and down-to-earth. This was by far our favorite VRBO stay ever.

Warm and welcoming. Enjoyed interaction with host, the three friendly dogs, and pool was excellent. We went as a couple to relax. There is no TV so if you need entertainment in evening you may want to bring your laptop. Would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I had a great time staying at this property. The casita is quite spacious and the lovely new kitchen gave us the ability to cook a few meals when we wanted to. The pool is amazing and the three dogs were fun to have around. Also, the owners are really good people who make you feel very welcome on their property! We had a fabulous time on this much needed vacation.

We loved La Casita. It was quiet and peaceful. Very central to everywhere we needed to go. We loved their nice dogs, they always came to welcome us. Awesomely responsive host, very cool space with pool (shared with owner), patio. This is a one room apartment and owners live next door. Not too far from the airport. The temperature dropped suddenly and we felt cold. The owner quickly ran to the market and provided with a nice comforter and even set the bed up for us. The Wi-Fi speed is good enough. They have 3 well behaved dogs btw. We love dogs so we’re cool with it. Things could make it a total 5 star - There is No microwave, dishwasher TV And Laundry. Our stay was very short so it didn’t matter much for us but it could be a challenge for someone looking for longer stay. For a short stay of a weekend or so, I’d rent it again and if they add microwave,TV and dishwasher, TV and laundry then even for longer stay.

From the moment we got on property we were enchanted. The place was all that and more!!
