I left the hotel a day before my reservation ended on September 1. Should be reimbursed or given more points for my Booking.com account.

No phone in the room , outlets are loose .Shower water was cold .

The only positive for this stay was the location was fairly close to shops and restaurants.

Please do not be fooled by the cheap price or photos of this hotel. By my standards the Hotel should close down let alone deserve a 4 star rating. Dirty rooms with poor or broken air conditioning, toilets and door locking mechanisms. Beds and pillows had stains. Gym and spa services were like a store room underground with no AC. Pool and poolside amenities were very dirty and not cleaned often and well enough. Breakfast was limited, boring and unhygienic and we found a dead bug in the food. The manager was argumentative and tried to persuade us to keep the halfboard deal. The is no customer service or hospitality at all.

We loved the swimmingpool, great beds and nice breakfast but most of all, there was a very friendly hostess at the front of the hotel with good humor :)

IF you choose a room at the back, view of swimmingpool (an upgrade). Just keep in mind it is not quiet. The bar is open until 1am. Great if you want to hang out, not so great if you need to get up at 3am to catch a plane :)

The breakfast was super. It catered for the needs of all guests. The staff were very friendly and always willing to attend to guests.

The receptionists were very unfriendly. Maybe because we came in a group they were overwhelmed by the number. I believe they can do better. The room was spacious, I would have preferred a bigger bed.

The hotel is located at the City Centre making it easy to go around and see the beautiful ambience of marrakesh.

Beautiful interior design, however some things aren’t quite finished (e.g. small hole in door stuffed with toilet paper).

We arrived me and my wife there, to get a really dirty and smelly room, the minibar was unplugged we went back to staff to talk about it they could change it, and they said they could do nothing about it, then we asked to talk to the manager that was literally 5 meters away from us and he refused to talk with us so he just told his staff we could leave if we want and that's what we end up doing, there is so many hotels in Marrakesh that are way much better but if you want a good location sacrificing your money and comfort you can go for this poor hotel that is literally a shameful place.

The water is very slow in the shower, the sink and toilet. The smell in the shower is awful, the bulbs were not ready, the smell of new painting is so powerful in the room. The wifi is slow.
