This is the perfect cottage. Spacious, airy, nice patio area. Close to beach and shops.

House was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The whole family loved how close it was to everything so we didn’t need to use the car all weekend.

Pros: Clean, dog friendly cottage near the beach; quiet area Cons: poor outdoor lighting around the property ;One parking spot for one vehicle Although No Parking signs were placed in the front yard after OUR arrival, an unmarked vehicle parked a van in front of the rental house (we notified the rental company) Acorns hit the tin roof throughout the day and night (restless nights)

Loved this cottage! It was perfect for a 4 day birthday/girls trip! There was plenty of space & more for all 5 of us. Literally one block from the beach- found access through a walkway right across the street which was so nice! The bathrooms were on the smaller size but rooms were very large with plenty of space to get ready!! The large couch was perfect for movie night and playing games as was the kitchen table for eating meals together. Multiple entrances to the house made it easy to load/unload. Washer & dryer was helpful-plenty of dishes and cookware. Be sure to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, as they are not supplied outside of 1 per each bathroom. The outside shower was helpful to rinse off our feet after coming from the beach. Everything was very close- you can walk just about everywhere within 15 minutes! Will be back.

My daughters and I stayed the weekend Hurricane Ian came up the Atlantic Coast. Megan at Covenant Property Management was great. She helped me plan when to arrive. We lost one night, but we all arrived safe and sound. The house is lovely. Easy walk to the beach and 10ish min to the village. I'm sure it depends on the time of year, but I believe the oak tree was dropping acorns on the tin roof. Glad I had earplugs. Another young woman from Covenant came by to check on us as well. I cannot remember her name, but she was very nice. We had a great time.

Very nice house near beach. FYI: the 2nd bathroom sink and tub had issues draining properly. Also, an extra pillow we brought was left in the house. Will contact property manager to reclaim it.

We really enjoyed staying in this darling, 3 bed, 2 bath home that appeared recently renovated and clean! The open floor plan is ideal and the location is a quick walk to the beach and downtown! We would stay there again in a heart beat if we ever visit St Simon’s again!

This cottage is fantastic! The 3 bedrooms are larger than I anticipated. The vaulted ceilings in the master with the wood paneling is idyllic...complete with tin roof for the rain! Plenty of closet space for everyone. The upgrades in the kitchen were perfect and allowed for open flow to the living and dining room. The ceilings throughout the cottage are taller than you'd think and the wood and tile floors were easy for us to clean up sand. The yard was excellent for the kids and dog to run around. One block to the beach and a short walk to the pier village- location can't be beat!

The home was spacious and well located. The living and dining room comfortably fit our adult family of six. The kitchen allowed for multiple people to work easily. Within one block to beach and a ten minute walk into the village

Clean house, short walking distance to beach, great location! We loved it!

The property was good to acomodate all 6 of us. The parking was a litte tricky, but everything else was great.

Very comfortable and well-equipped cottage, has basics in the kitchen and bathrooms (no beach towels, chairs or umbrellas) but was very confortable and well-appointed. Close to everything in town, right across the st. to the beach, has a nice outdoor shower and side entrance, appliances are all new and in working condition. Recommend it!

911 Ocean Blvd St. Simons Island GA was charming. Going through the arch as you approached front door made me feel like I was leaving life's stresses behind and entering relaxation. The cottage was clean and very well appointed. The white washed wooden walls and vaulted ceiling in master gave the house a real beachy feel. The king and queen size beds were comfy. The bunk beds though were not as comfortable. The kitchen was so fashionable. It was like it came out of a magazine. I liked the counter tops so much I may put same kind in my kitchen that we are in process of remodeling. It's one block proximity to the beach encouraged multiple beach outing per day. Resturants and stores were only a short walk in either direction of the cottage. The outside deck was the perfect place for my granddaughter to sort through her seashell treasures. Overall, we had a great time. Thank you.

It’s an old cottage that has had some updates. It smelled extremely moldy when we walked in. I notified owner/property manager. We were told by house keeping that it is a common smell in the older houses on St. Simons. I placed bounce dryer sheets around the house which helped lighten the smell. The cottage was relatively clean. Kitchen is nice and updated. Other parts of house old; painted paneling. Master has newer stained paneling. The sectional couch and master bed were very comfortable. Decent pillows on bed, too. The bathrooms are very small. Fortunately, there was one each for my husband and I; too small to share. No vanity space. The cottage is a great location for quick walk across to beach or in either direction to walk to restaurants. The cottage is dog friendly but with a weight limit. Our pup was over the weight limit, but we were allowed to stay by paying extra pet fee. We had hard time finding a dog friendly rental in St. Simons that does not discriminate against a dog’s size. We have even looked for the same week next March 2023. But, we did see many large dogs on the beach; not sure where they were staying. And, the restaurants we went to were very welcoming of our 90 pound Weim. Thanks to the “Bring Fido” app.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this house and its bright, updated decor. Plenty of room for everyone to spend time together and good individual spaces as well. Easy walk (easier drive) to the village and some other restaurants/shops in the other direction. We loved the short walk to the beach, which was really beautiful. Very responsive and nice hosts. We highly recommend!

Shelves in both bathrooms dusty, mold on tile wall in shower, spider webs on kitchen light and entrance way light. Outside of home needs power wash and crawl space door missing. Lots of cat poop in back yard

Great location and overall we had a good stay but there were a number of issues which made it less than perfect. The maintenance people promptly responded to help with the wobbly dining room chairs and take two broken ones away but they were still a bit shakey. There were too many bugs in the house so the pest control needs to be addressed.(I am from the south and these are a challenge here, but they should have been under better control.) The front bedroom needs blackout curtains since a motion detector light shines at the window. Otherwise it was a nice place and I would consider staying there again once these issues are resolved.

This was a great place to spend a week with family! We were steps from the beach and minutes away from shopping and eating! We loved this place!

Great house!! Only issue was parking. 2 cars is ok, 3 cars is an issue. Very nice place.

Great experience-house was exactly as described and very comfortable-great location. Parking was a bit confusing once we got there so you might consider getting better signage on that.

The location was perfect; five minute walk to the sand and a half a mile walk to downtown with plenty of dining options nearby. The house itself was more than enough room for the four of us and could have comfortably held another couple. The house was very clean and had everything one would need at arms length. Definitely will come back!

The set up of the house worked well for our family. The location was great—close to beach and an easy walk or drive to pier and shops. We had a very enjoyable and refreshing stay. Would definitely return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our month in this house and St. Simons Island. House was exactly as pictured. Very clean and comfortable. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants and pier. Beach access is across the road. Very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.
