Very cute and great location. Our rooftop views were fab!

The breakfast- there was hardly anything left regardless of what time we went. And seemed to be lacking staff.

Loved the interior and the amazing rooftop! Staff was very friendly and tried to fullfill every wish. Also Breakfast was best value for money in Arta.

Great location, close to parking and shops/restaurants. Comfortable rooms/beds. Good breakfast/restaurant. Lovely roof terrace with small pool and awesome views. Very friendly staff and owner, who make sure guests have a good stay. Thank you, Toni, we will return.

Had very nice days at the beautiful Petit Hotel Forn nou. The host was incredibly attentive, our room was nice and clean and the breakfast was also delicious. I would definitely recommend this if you want to visit Mallorca

Such a gem! A quirky little hotel packed with charm, they’ve got lovely staff and if that’s not enough they do also provide a quality restaurant with interesting food to top things off. If you’re staying here you’re in for a treat!

– nice and helpful staff – beautiful hotel and building itself – our room was changed due to some street noises – great localization, close to Arta's centrum and a city car parking – quiet night, noises and street party stopped around 21:00

– poor breakfast – design of room with no separated bathroom and glass doors in toilet and shower cabin (no privacy, when you are with other people)

I booked and 18 sq meters room they put in the 6 sq meter rooms. the pictures of the room were completely different. I supposed to have a lot of sun and a balcony and I got a room with a bed inside with no space to move, 14 euro more expensive than regular price of the hotel and they don’t want to take w responsibility of the mistake or a fraud.

Location is convenient, right in the city center. Breakfast is okay, quite varied, with lots of options for vegetarians as well but coffee is paid separately. If you come by car, drop the luggage at the hotel first if you have heavy bags. The parking lot is not super close.

Unfortunately the whole experience here was way below expectations, especially since we booked it after reading good reviews in general. First, basic things like cleanliness: our room was visibly not properly cleaned before we got there; the shower was dirty as well as the room where we found the luggage tags from the previous visitors. I would have asked for another room if we wouldn't have arrived there late at night. On one of the towels, we found a piece of a used plaster .The room was incredibly small. Generally we're not pretentious/ we don't need a lot of space but here we were barely able to open 2 small luggages. Furthermore, many things were not working properly: the bathroom door was barely closing, the faucets from the shower and sink were not working properly, the curtains were dirty and hanging on the floor that you would trip on it, the AC worked okay only on high speed (when it would be turned to low or auto it would make loud noises). All in all, for us it was not even about value for money but really basic cleaning and maintenance were missing.

Lovely friendly and personable team in the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, Carmen is a wonderful lady and Tony the owner is lovely.

Our room (1) was above the night entrance door which requires a bit of force to open when the management had gone home, so this was a bit noisy.
