Clean house with standard household amenities. Beautiful view of the mountains as well

The view was fabulous but the check in and shuttle service was a little bit of a hassle. Also, the hot water heater was bothersome. The building needs painting and units need updating. Otherwise, had a great experience.

The sheets in the king-size bed were wrinkle like it had been slept in or hadn’t been changed prior to us arriving.Therefore, overall, the pictures on the website is what you will actually see therefore I would give it a 4 out of 5 stars HOWEVER the cleanliness I would definitely give a 1 out 5 stars.

Our stay was great. Everything was as described. The shuttle service seemed a little cumbersome at first but they do such a great job at it that it wasn't a hassle at all. The hot tub and pool really made the stay so much better.

We had a wonderful time staying at Sugar Top. The view of the mountains was breathtaking. The room was nice and clean but you could tell this was an older property. We had to check in off site and then when we got to Sugar Top, they let us go through the guard gate to park in front of the property for a few minutes to unload our stuff, then we had to park down a ways away from the condo. A shuttle would bring you back up from the parking lot to the condo which was not convenient at all. Especially if you forgot something in your car at night. The shuttle does run 24/7 though. The pool was nice but you cannot have any drinks (including water) or snacks on the pool deck which I thought was kind of silly. We did have a really fun time at Sugar Mountain but not sure we will stay at Sugar Top again.

Clean, airy, and it looked like the we left it last year. We are repeat customers and will continue to be for years to come. Everybody was warm and welcoming from the ladies at the rental desk to the staff at the condominiums. While attending the GMHG, I actually sold off (for rentals) 3 or 4 more future customers to the Sugar Mountain.

Parking was no fun, especially for two seniors. Didn't feel welcomed as a renter by the condo staff.

Place was great but they will hold your security deposit for up to 30 days per there email they sent me when I asked about when it would be refunded. I am going on 21 days with no REFUND even after they told me 5 to 7 days. This almost feels a little SCAMMY to me. I can understand the security deposit and I would charge one myself but to hold money up to 30 days after you left "And yes I have a VIDEO showing all was good on my way out the door" is just makes me feel they are hoping people will forget about it. If I don't have my money soon I will be opening a claim on my card. ("Once everything checks out our inspector sends it through to accounting. Accounting has up to 30 days to refund the deposit, however, with this being our slow season it should only take 5 to 7 business days for it to appear back onto your account. ")

Very cute and clean condo. Top floor with great views! We were pleased with our stay :)

We enjoyed the condo itself (very clean & nice) but the overall building was inconvenient with little kids having to wait for shuttle to go to our car.

Mantle at a severe angle, probably will fall off soon and they will try to blame a renter. Is there any insulation? The floors and walls, window sills are very cold. Tub faucet about to fall off, bathroom popcorn ceiling cracking and pealing. Built in the 80s and looks it. You have to unload and then park down the hill and get a shuttle back up. It was clean, but we wouldn’t go go back.

Perfect space for a family getaway. Comfortable condo with amazing views. Great family ambiance. Felt like I was at my mom’s house. The beds were comfortable (king was better than I expected based on other reviews). They were super busy and it had just snowed- so check in was a bit delayed; but homeowner had no control over that. Would definitely stay again!

Super crowded so no skiing for us but had a great, very relaxing week. Amazing views and location!

This condo was perfect for our weekend getaway!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The views were incredible, even better than they appear in the photos. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a comfortable stay. Communication with the property manager was excellent. The only downside was with check-in and logistics. We had to go to an offsite location to get our keys, then check in with security at the property entrance, and then check in again at the front desk in the lobby. After that, we had to unload the car, drive to a remote parking lot, and wait for a shuttle back up to the condo building. It was a pretty extensive process and a lot of human interaction, which was not ideal amid COVID concerns. We had to wait on the shuttle every time we wanted to go somewhere. We never had to wait more than a few minutes, but I feel like we spent more time than necessary on logistics.

Great place to stay... king bed in master bedroom is too springy and could be better and pillows need to be replaced. But that’s just our personal preference.

This condo features everything you need for a relaxing stay in the mountains. We enjoyed ourselves the whole time we was except for the the parking issues we had. After being told we could park up in the top parking level due to us having handicapped parking, for two nights we got parking warnings, one for not parking in a handicapped parking spot while having a visible handicapped sign and the second for parking out of spot for HOA rules. The whole time we had a red parking sticker to park in top parking lot. Other than the parking issues, we had a pretty good time with amazing views, great swimming, relaxing, and enjoyment with the familly.
