Beautiful and exceptionally located condo!
Willkommen bei den begehrten Kierland Greens! Drei moderne Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer (beide mit Badewanne und Sämaschine), eine Waschmaschine / Trockner-Suite, zwei Pflege-Garagen, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein offenes Wohnzimmer mit großer, ruhiger Terrasse. Alle Möbel sind neu und modern. Auf dem Gelände befinden sich ein großer Swimmingpool im Resortstil, ein Whirlpool, eine Grillstation und ein Fitnessstudio in voller Größe. Wohnanlage neben dem Westin-Golfplatz und 10 Gehminuten von Kierland Commons und Scottsdale Quarter entfernt.

This is a very spacious, clean and beautiful condo. We had a wonderful time here. The shared pool and spa are very nice and everything is always clean. The property manager was very easy to communicate with. Instructions were clear and check in was easy. We really appreciate that she was able to accommodate a late checkout on our last day. The location is fantastic since it is so close to shopping and restaurants.

The title says it all, everything was perfect from arrival to departure. The unit was clean, well equipped and located close to Kierland Commons. Elsie was receptive to requests and provided helpful guidance. We would certainly stay there again.

Our recent stay at Kierland Greens was lovely. The proximity to Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter is ideal for shopping, access to great restaurants, walking paths and other activities. This property is gated, offering additional security and quiet evenings. The pool is great! The property is clean and comfortable!

We rented this property because we enjoyed the location to Kierland Commons, grocery, and the wonderful (and quiet) property. The condo itself is amazing and our family enjoys the large island that 10 adults easily fit around. We cannot wait to rent again. Thanks Elsie!

We had excellent communication with Elise before our arrival (and super fast replies during our stay). The unit is spacious, cozy, and beautiful. Everything was in working order, completely spotless, and very comfortable. It was thoughtfully stocked with everything and anything we could have needed during our stay. It was an 18 minute walk to Kierland Commons with tons of dining and shopping options and the unit is really close to a pedistrian gate which was perfect for walking or Uber pickups. I will definitely try to book the same unit when I return. Thank you Elise!

Perfect condo. Location, decor, comfort, quiet, furnishings, all excellent. Elsie is a delight to deal with. We were there 6 weeks and could have stayed much longer. Garage is a big plus, kitchen is fully equipped, beds are great, and location is probably the best in Scottsdale. 5+ stars

Beautiful 3bdrm/ 2 bath condo with open floor plan. Had all the kitchen tools we needed. We ate breakfast in the unit and lunch and dinner out. I always love a throw over my legs while relaxing on a sofa and I was happy to see some were in this unit. Great location. We needed to be in north Scottsdale as well as meetings in Tempe and Phoenix and this worked out well. Host provided a list of nearby restaurants and shops. Big bonus that we didn't have to do anything at check-out...finally someone "who gets it." We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was as pictured and described. Check in was simple and host provided great suggestions for things to do. It was a short daily walk to the Westin for my conference, which allowed me to get outside and get a little sun…not as easy when staying at the hotel.

Great Location & Great property
We were I there to attend a 50 year high school reunion and visit friends and family. This was probably the easiest check in and out for us in our experience with VRBO. The location is great - close to so much. We will definitely keep this is mind for future visits.

Great spot and fun time!
This VRBO worked perfect for my family of six. We could walk to the nearby pool and it was just a short drive to trailheads and shopping areas. The Kierland area felt safe and fun and I was very happy with our home away from home. I would book there again for sure.

The location was wonderful. I could go for walks by way of a beautiful golf course, shop at nearby Kierland shopping area, dine with friends and family at numerous great restaurants, and enjoy the sunshine by the pool.

Wonderful property!
We really enjoyed our stay. Elsie is a great host and very flexible, which we appreciated. The unit is beautiful, everything we needed was in the condo. All amenities were high quality. The location in Kierland was great for golf, shopping , walking and restaurants. Our only wish is that we could book for next January , but it’s already taken! Highly recommend!

You won't find a nicer place in this convenient area for the price! The condo is stunning with a beautiful heated pool that was perfect for our family vacation. Easy to get everywhere you need to go, and fabulous restaurants just down the street. Can't wait to come back for a girls weekend!!

This unit was even better than the photos. Very spacious and modern and was perfect for our family (all adults) while we were in town for Thanksgiving. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Scottsdale! The host provided great instructions with everything we needed to know and responded quickly to any questions. This was a great find!

I wish I could give it 10 stars. Just a wonderful place in a quiet gated community. It’s loaded with amenities. The host gave very precise instructions on accessing the property and facilities. I didn’t need much else. A great place to relax and work. I’m definitely using it as my base when I’m back in Phoenix.

This was a great place to stay. It was very clean and very spacious. The pool was nice. We had it to ourselves a couple days. It was super close to shopping and to food places. You could even walk to the bar. Great place to stay!!
