🍹🌞 Cabana Paradise! Heated Pool, Poolside TV and Tiki Bar, Near Beaches!
Wir haben den perfekten Ort, um sich zurückzulehnen, zu entspannen, zu grillen, das Spiel anzusehen und unseren beheizten, gescreenten Pool mit seinem beruhigenden Wasserfall zu besuchen. Das Haupthaus hat einen geräumigen Meister mit einem König Meister mit eigenem Bad mit Blick auf den Lanai. Das Gästezimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten neben dem anderen Bad. Direkt neben dem Pooldeck befindet sich eine private Cabana mit einem Kingsize-Bett, einer Sitzecke und einem Vollbad für Arrangements mit mehreren Paaren und / oder zusätzliche Gäste.

This is our 3 year in a row staying here with my husband/kids/parents. Eddie, the property manager is amazing, making sure every need is met. This home is total paradise and offers something to everyone of all ages, including puppies!! We will definitely be back next year. ❤️🌴🌞😎

So impressed!! Was amazed at all the detail in the backyard, the dog area, all the pavers and the wood walkway. The pool was gorgeous and being screened in was a big plus. The house was great and comfy. The detail put into everything we needed and more.
Personal touch was thoughtful. Decorating was amazing. Thank you for allowing us to share.

Absolutely amazing! The property is beautiful well kept and fully stocked! Very clean, loved the cabana. The pool area is truly a retreat and my daughter loved the sandbox! Quiet neighborhood and close to waterfront dining and much more.

This house was FANTASTIC! The house, cabana and pool were all very clean and well maintained. It was the most well-equipped home that we have ever stayed in. The kitchen had lots of dishes, glasses, cookware, bakeware, and basic spices. The appliances were newer and worked great. All the bathrooms were well stocked with soaps, shampoo, razors and saving creams. There were plenty of linens, plus beach towels for the pool and visiting the ocean. The double washers and dryers were fantastic for getting laundry done quickly and efficiently. The garage had chairs and sand toys for taking to the beach.
The house was full of family fun. There were a variety of toys and games. The screened in pool area was fantastic. There were lots of flotation devices and toys for the pool. The provided pool alarm gave us real peace of mind when our family was visiting. The outdoor bar and TV were great for outside meals and socializing.
The property manager, Eddie Nero was awesome. The information he provided about the house was very detailed and timely. If we had any questions about things in the house, he responded to us very quickly.
Sebastian was great with good restaurants nearby. We enjoyed visiting the communities both north and south of Sebastian. Driving Highway 1 and the A1A made visiting the area easy. Viewing rocket launches from Cape Canaveral were awesome to watch, whether on the beach at the ocean or standing in the front yard of the house.

This is our second time staying at this home, and its becoming our second home here in Florida. We traveled from Canada and the booking process, communications, and host response time was amazing. We felt safe and secure and comfortable in this clean rental. We plan to be back again soon!

Stayed here four nights. Communication with Eddie was great. Property was super clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Nice neighborhood to walk our pups. We enjoyed the pool a number of times. Beautiful landscaping in the back yard and around the pool made for privacy and a feeling we were in the tropics. 🙂🌴 Highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again if we are ever in the area. Thank you!

This property was beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything a renter could need/want. Lots of games/toys for the kids and a fully stocked kitchen. It is obvious that the owner takes great pride in this property and doesn't treat it as just a source of rental income. The property manager, Eddie Nero, was excellent...he answered our questions without any delay. This was an excellent getaway and we would love to return to the Cabana house again.

Loved the Cabana for for my wife and I. Kids and grandkids stayed in house. Perfect set up with privacy and nice neighborhood. Really enjoyed the on the spot property manager Eddie Nero. We have stayed at many vrbo’s but this property was the best equipped with anything you could need. Even had welcome snacks! 5 stars had great time in Florida!

We went to Sebastian for a fishing trip and stayed a couple days extra. Great rental house for family vacation. The property is well furnished and maintained. I thought it was awesome.

We swam in the pool everyday. My son played in the sandbox and my dog had her backyard lot. The decorations were fun. Sebastian and Vero had a lot of great restaurants and nice people. My family had a fabulous time at this property.

I really enjoyed my stay here, first off this home has everything that you could possibly think off to make your stay as comfortable as possible. All of my guest thoroughly enjoyed their stay as well. Pots, pans, dishes, personal items and pool gear was readily available making our stay that much more convenient. I’ve stayed in many vacation properties and this was by far the most equipped. Job well done, will be staying again.

We stayed at this rental for a week and were totally blown away with all the accommodations. We had our 2 small children and they had absolutely everything you needed for kids. Toys, books, beach gear, the works! This was one of the cleanest vrbos I have ever stayed in. I would 100% revisit this property.

We had a fantastic time with family in this clean and well appointed home. Having a pool and fun Tikki bar was such a great addition. We brought our dog, the home has a special dog yard and a blanket to cover the couch with - SMART!!! The beds are very comfortable and the separate casita was perfect for those who want to sleep in a bit. This location has a grocery nearby and easy access to beaches and riverfront restaurants. We will definitely rent this house again next time!

We stayed at the house for a week, with another couple, who came for part of the time. The guest house provided the perfect amount of separation so our friends could sleep in when we woke up early. We absolutely loved the pool area—the perfect spot for morning exercise and evening relaxation. The house was clean, comfortable, very well stocked, and the property manager was very sweet and communicative. The little fenced in area was perfect for our little dog! We loved the house—highly recommend.

We had a very nice time in this home, it has everything you need, including a heated pool, which is beautiful. The cabana has an extra bedroom with a king size bed, and its own bathroom, very nicely done and completely private. The deck area has a bar and a TV, the pool comes with all sorts of floats etc. The property manager responds immediately to any questions, the property is very clean- I would highly recommend it. We chose Sebastian because our mother-in-law lives nearby and and this property checked all the boxes we needed. Glad we did!

Property was very clean, nicely decorated and inviting. The pool area was excellent and decorated for fun. Spent a lot of time outside in the comfort of the screened in pool area, it was very relaxing to be there. And the cabana building was pleasant and comfortable.
As for the host “Ed”, he would respond quickly to any questions and/or problems that came up. He was very pleasant to communicate with.
While I was staying at the property a small hurricane “Katrina” came ashore in this location and the owners themselves came over and installed the storm shutters. The very next day, after the winds died down, the owners came back and took the shutters down and said they wanted use to be able to see out the windows and enjoy the sunshine. Very pleasant people.
I have stayed at a few VRBO houses in the past, but none of them had the person touch’s these fine people provided. They had personal touches throughout the place such as a couple bowels of treats and other comfort items.

Short short fishing trip to Headwater’s Lake with my dad and brother. House was in excellent condition and close to the lake we were fishing. Communication was excellent couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Will defiantly stay again when we return to fish the nearby lakes.

I can't say enough about this wonderful rental property. From the moment we walked in we could feel the Florida tropical setting. Every perfect detail with anything you could possibly need. Everything was so clean and perfectly place. The pool was wonderful as well as the outside living space. I think all of us spent the most time out there because it was so relaxing. The extra backyard Cabana was awesome, it allowed my brother and his fiance to have their own privacy and still enjoy each other as a family. Eddie the property manager was absolutely wonderful, anything we needed he was there for us and responded to all of our messages immediately. We had a wonderful stay and we'll be renting year after year with him. Thanks so much for an amazing vacation!!

Very nice clean house. Well stocked with items like coffee, filters, spices, extra tp and paper towel. So nice not to have to worry about purchasing those items. Pool area was amazing and we spent most of our time outside.
Eddie was great to deal with and was extremely helpful. Would definitely consider renting again.

The house is exactly how the photos show. Very clean, organized, and pretty much fully stocked with essentials you’ll need. Communication with the property manager was consistently quick and efficient. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the yard was immaculate. Plenty of pool and beach toys and floats. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful, peaceful, extremely clean and well taken care of. Great host and communication. Will definitely stay here again. Pictures online are exactly what you get. They think of everything. So many extras like snacks, toiletries, detergent for the washing machine, etc. Great experience!

This was the most amazing place we have ever rented. It had absolutely everything we needed. My kids are 8 and 11 and there were pool, beach, inside toys. My parents (in their 60s) came with us and the cabana was a little slice of paradise for them down to the kurig maker. Eddie the property manager was amazing as well... Anything we needed, he was there. Communication with him was instantaneous. And the house was immaculate. Not 1 single complain. Despite us bringing all toiletries, laundry/dishwasher soaps there was plenty in the house if you forgot anything! Just bring your clothes and food! Would definitely like to come back!

We have two kids (9 & 7) and this was by far our favorite property to rent! I'll quote my wife, "this is exactly what a rental for families should look like. It's clean, organized, modern and well maintained." The pool is perfect for kids and even the locks on the screened doors are set high and out of reach. The pool deck has a great bar area to eat your meals. I loved using the gas Weber grill. The owners have a binder with local area information and everything you need to know. Great communication with the property management team. This property has our highest recommendation!

Perfect Small Family Home
Perfect small family getaway. We had 4 adults and 2 children in our party. Great pool area and space to relax. Only 10-15 minutes to the beach so good location. Well stocked home with plenty of amenities and great communication, would love to come back!
