The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They gave us great recommendations for great places to eat, sights to see, and fun things to do during our stay. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area.

The room was very clean. It has a breakfast in the morning, a pool, and an exercise room. It is very near downtown Gadsden and the interstate. You can request service for your room frequently instead of like other hotels, where you might get it every fourth day.
Furniture is a bit dated but serviceable. Amenities like shampoo and conditioner are limited availability.

Oh a lot the staff was friendly. The housekeeping staff was super accommodating . The pool was large and the waterfall was one of the main reasons we stayed there. Plus the room was spacious and the jacuzzi in the bathroom another reason for choicing Gadsden inn and suites.
The hours of the pool wish it stayed open till 10 pm with it being so hot this summer a little night swimming would have been nice.

The room was outstanding. Had a small kitchen that was unexpected but nice. The outdoor area was lovely to drink our morning coffee with a view of the river. The staff was so welcoming when we checked in and at checkout.
The pool closed earlier than we liked. We had an event that evening and were not even able to get in the beautiful pool. While we appreciated the breakfast there could have been a few more choices. We only had yogurt, microwavable biscuit and 1 kind of cereal to chose from. More options would have been wonderful. These things do not take away from the fact that it was a great place to stay and we will be back.

it was very clean and very nice beds. the grounds were well kept. Beautiful pool area but, unfortunately, it rain and we did not get to the pool.
The pillows were very hard and the Continental breakfast was not the greatest.

very nice and helpful staff. Cleaning crew was top notch.
Pillows very firm. Couch allowed the guest to sink low. I have to say I didn’t advise them of any of this during our stay , I’m sure they would have responded. It would have been too difficult to move.

I had a queen suite.very nice and spacious for 1-2 people. Loved that floors were laminate hardwood and title and not carpet! Appliances in kitchenette in good condition. Entire suite was Good for me!! Menu for breakfast was good and plentiful to break the fast but time served 5:30a- 8:30a was not good for me .
Not very soundproof. My suite was next door to a work area off the laundry room. I didn't like that work carts were often parked at My window and mobile carts parked in space for my room # causing me to park farther away.

Check in was easy, plenty of parking available.
We heard lots of parking lot noise (cars coming and going, alarms activated, doors slamming) throughout night as well as very loud knocking on a door close by at around 3:00AM.
Also we were awakened multiple times by nearby toilets flushing.
There was nowhere to place shampoo in shower. The sink was oddly close to the ground, I’m average height.

I did not eat breakfast but I loved my kitchenette and the room service attendants. What a wonderful experience. These ladies cleaned and mopped my room every day. The location is beautiful overlooking the lake. I
I can’t think of one thing that could have been improved on. I love to stay there. It’s easy when I book through booking.com.

Location, friendly staff
Wifi very intermittent. Room was clean but smelled a little musty. Smell of pot when leaving room to vehicle first thing in the morning. I do understand that it is difficult for management to control this behavior of its guests.
