Nice surrounding area with cheap restaurants, super markets and night shops. Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean and cosy rooms. Close to Metro station and bus stop that get you anywhere in the city.
Not too much space. Only two small bathrooms.

the smell in the room unbearable probably it was chlorine but we can not can sleep wery dirty small window with view of the dirty wall of the neighboring building

Great location, close to the metro and restaurants, cafes. Great to have the option to have a family room with private bathroom. Plenty of hot water for showers which was great after a long day of travel.
The duty manager didn't realize till we told him that children don't need to pay the city tax. He accepted it when we argued it though.

Easy check-in. Near to metro and tram stations. Clean and comfortable room. Kitchen with utilities to prepare you own meals. Even if bathrooms are shared, they were kept clean throughout the day.

All was almost perfect. The host was very helpful and he accepted the late check in at 1 a.m. The hostel is clean and comfortable. The bed was fine and very comfy. There is a living room with sofas and a balcony. There is a lot of public transport in the area. The city center is a 20-minute walk away.
Maybe it would be good to have a wardrobe in the room, not just a small place for luggage in the locker. Sometimes the hot water disappears even in the process of taking a shower. The apartment is on the third level, and there is no elevator. But these are insignificant details.

It was quiet (unfortunately there was a big snorer in my bedroom the second night)

The reception staff did not have the change for my municipal tax (2€ per night), obviously he forgot to give it back to me so, i paid 5€ for two nights...

After i discover that i would sleep with the stranger man in one room plus facilities were very poor as well i didn’t stay in the room for the night as i didn’t feel safe. The pictures of the room on the website are completely different to a very poor conditions they can offer… total scam

The hostel was close to cafés and restaurants as well as Metro station. The cleaning staff did a good job, and the room felt as clean as it could get when we checked in.
The hostel was close to a really loud church that sounded by bells and made melodies all throughout the day. There was people outside and inside the hostel making sounds and yelling most of the time, it was only quiet enough to rest during siesta and at night with window closed. Without AC it then got really warm in the room. The staff was quite rude and didn’t listen or answer questions in english. The place would really need some reparations as the kitchen sink amongst other things where loose and not feeling so safe. There was no comfortable seats in the kitchen or balcony and the doors where always open so it didn’t feel safe since random people would ring the door bell and sometimes come in and just stare at you if hanging out on the couches in the sofa area. The kitchen lacked most things to cook a meal, but had a fridge for leftovers from the restaurants in the area.

The place feel more like home then hostel. The staff was kind and they offer free coffee machine and mineral water.
The window is facing the engine of the AC of the neighbour building. The hot water in the shower are very unstable. You can here the people on the floor above very loud.
