We so enjoyed our stay at this property. We were a group of 3 couples and everything about the property is perfect- location, amenities, communication with owners. The house is very well-equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay and is absolutely gorgeous. We would love to stay here again.

The property was fantastic! It was stylish and expansive with a wonderful outdoor area and gourmet kitchen. We were also centrally located. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a fabulous family getaway. We definitely plan to stay again!

We had a fantastic stay with friends at this stunning Movie Colony property. We enjoyed every inch - from the private bedrooms/baths, the living areas, the spacious kitchen, the pool and jacuzzi and all the other outdoor vignettes. It is a perfect home that allows a big group to come together but also get away from the crowd for a little quiet time if needed. And the location can’t be beat. Owner was super commutative and shared amazing recommendations! Would absolutely love to book again in the future.

My girlfriends and I stayed here for a long weekend for a bachelorette party. The house had a perfect layout for 8 women. We spent time in the pool, we had spaces for 2 massage therapists and a nail tech to come in and provide services and the kitchen was well equipped for the private chef that we hired for one of our evenings. The location was amazing for walking to bars and restaurants and the owners were very responsive and fantastic to work with.
We would definitely stay at this property again!!

Our stay was all we were expecting. The property manager met us at check in and showed us around. The owners were very responsive to any requests. There is plenty of community space while also offering private bedrooms with full baths for all guests. There are numerous sitting areas around the property. Pool space was perfect. One of our favorite activities was enjoying coffee in the morning surrounded by rosemary which smelled amazing. Property is within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Also short travel time to many of the other activities Palm Springs has to offer.

Booked Sean and Gerry’s place for a long weekend with a group of eight friends. We were floored by how comfortable and well-designed everything was. Plus, it’s conveniently located a short walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and more.
We spent basically the entire weekend around the pool. There were some issues heating it up but their team, including Cira, was so attentive and did everything they could to fix it. We didn’t even really need it anyway.
Also loved their flexibility with a late check out. I would 100% recommend this rental to anyone and will absolutely return.

My girlfriends and I had a lovely time at Sean’s home. The home was clean, comfortable and in a great location. We walked to our dinners! The property manager was very friendly and Sean allowed us to check in early. We loved the bedrooms, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the outdoor area was perfect for us moms. Only thing I would have changed is to have speakers outside so you could play some music by the pool. We loved every min and plan to return on our annual getaway trip.

The property is breathtaking! The house is laid out perfectly giving everybody tons of privacy. Each room has a beautiful bathroom so no need to fight for the shower. Beds were plush and super comfortable. The kitchen is where we spent most of our time together bounding. The kitchen was big enough for the seven of us to dine in comfortably. Ohhhh I cannot forget the backyard…breathtaking and an oasis! tip… Take an early swim you will thank me! The location is superb! It is close to all the restaurants and hotels. Check in was amazingly easy. Management was wonderful and friendly. We all enjoyed our stay and we all agreed this will be our vacation home in the future! Thanks management and housekeeping for an incredible weekend!

We loved this house... so well designed and comfortable... The neighborhood is lovely with lots of historical homes and so close to restaurants and shopping. We are considering renting it again when my daughter gets married nearby in the fall.

The Movie Colony property was fabulous. All four bedrooms were beautiful and well spaced out giving plenty of room for all. The kitchen was well stocked and delight to cook in. We paid to have the pool heated in Dec and it was perfect. We had plenty of room to spread out and entertain out by the pool and in front under the string of lights for dinner or drinks. Dan, the property manager, was so helpful. It is walking distance to EVERYTHING downtown. The homeowner was responsive and great to work with throughout. You won't be disappointed. We can't wait to come back.

We loved this beautiful home. I stayed with a group of girlfriends and we had plenty of room to spread out through the multiple bedrooms and spacious living areas. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The pool and outside space is lovely - so secluded and quiet with views of the mountains and the entire property is beautifully landscaped. Plenty of nice restaurants within easy walking distance too. We would definitely return, thank you for having us!

My friends and I stayed at this property for a bachelorette party. The house was amazing, lots of space so we didn’t feel crowded, and the pool and hot tub were amazing. This house is in a great location if you don’t mind walking 10-20 min to downtown locations or a quick 2-4 min drive to anywhere in downtown. It has a great view of the mountains too.

This home was perfect for our group of 6 woman! We were there to celebrate our 60th birthdays. The home was super clean and had everything you could think of to make our stay comfortable. The pool was a huge bonus for us as the weather was incredibly hot at the time. Allowed for a lot of comfortable visiting time for us. Dan the property manager was simply amazing. Anything we asked him for he delivered on! Sometimes within minutes of our request. He made our stay there so pleasant. Very helpful, sweet and fun! Great experience. The house had plenty of space for our group of 7. Beautiful views from the backyard. We spent a lot of time in the pool, which was great. Location was perfect - close to the airport and to downtown. Hosts were also very accommodating and provided many great recommendations for places to visit during our stay. Would absolutely go back!

Perfect location, lovely property!
We stayed for a long weekend with our two adult child and their respective girlfriends (6 total).
Maps and pictures don't do this justice ... Literally walked to Village Fest on Palm Canyon. Ubers were fast and cheap, so easy to get around.
The place is perfect ... We each had our own space with plenty of spots to gather. Kitchen was well-equipped (we grilled one night) with all the things we needed.
The pool is perfect ... Full sun all day with loads of spots to find shade as well.
Owners were very responsive with check-in and check-out procedures and getting familiar with all the cool features.

We had a wonderful time at this house. Size and layout fit our family perfectly. Owners were great to work with, check in and out were effortless and very informative. Great area, walking to downtown. Pool area and front gardens were beautiful. Lots of space. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, amazing pool, communicable host
This was my second visit to this property and it was just as great the second time around. The host is very communicable and thoughtful with the recommendations that he sent before arrival. The house is in a wonderful location and is walkable to downtown. The house was great for our group of 8. Would definitely stay again.

Fabulous Palm Springs Haven
Sean's home was beautiful, comfortable, and well appointed. We spent most of our time outdoors as there are so many amazing places to hang out! The location is perfect for walking to restaurants and shopping. Staying in "The Movie Colony" was really special, all the best that Palm Springs has to offer!
