Was OK

Check in was a nightmare. We had to wait two hours in front of the flat, because the person who was supposed to give us the keys (the owner's wife) was unavailable, and her phone was switched off. In fact I was expecting the owner, who speaks English, to give us the keys... for reasons difficult to understand, instead his wife arrived, who did NOT speak a word of English, and who rudely gave us the keys and hastily showed us the accommodation. I would suggest that the owner's wife attend a course where she learns how to treat customers who bring money.
