Water pressure was poor and ceiling fans did not work great

The apartment is large, it has a good location, a beautiful view from the balconies to the ocean.

We arrived at 9 o'clock evening. Not at night, but for that money was taken for handing over the keys to us. There were cockroaches in the apartment. Also, the apartment is right next to the garbage storage area and 5 h. in the morning is woken up by garbage collectors every day.

Very good value for an apartment in this area, close to restaurants and beach etc

Wifi went down but that was due to problems in the complex

Quiet residential area 20 mins walk from front/beach Very spacious apartment with great mountain views and sea views 4 balconies/ terrace- Utility area with washing machine, clothes line and table top dishwasher Fab huge shower has replaced jacuzzi bath shown in main photos , Love the water bottle refill station by the pool 10 cents a litre. Good tv with Netflix and Amazon Prime Comfy bed

Photos old and out of date, different sofa with throw covering tatty ripped faux leather, different chairs, white kitchen units been sprayed taupe but all of kitchen units could do with replacing, drawers about to fall apart. 30 steps up to front door with largest terrace, with sofas and table and chairs,in the middle of steps by main entrance to complex so not very private and have to carry all food and drink down the steps. Handful of sunbeds by pool chained to wall so cannot move together, in/out of shade.

Agent Ruth tried to get tv etc sorted for us and gave us a portable WiFi unit.

TV connection and Internet bad and it took 4 visits from engineers. Noisy utility room, glass window panes rattled Only I tea towel No washing up cloth Only given 1 set of keys and locked out with mix up with keys, which was very distressing.

The apartment was very spacious and had everything that we needed to prepare and cook our own meals. It was only a short walk to the beach. The apartment was located in a quiet residential area but still close to plenty of bars and restaurants. There are two good sized swimming pools and there was never an issue with getting a sunbed. Plenty of on road parking.

Not the fault of the hosts; but the bin men collected and emptied the recycling at 3am in the morning; most mornings. Other than that; it was perfect.
