La piscine et le SPA

C'est l'usine, trop bruyant. Beaucoup trop de monde au restaurant et c'est la JAVA Literie inconfortable - Lit trop mou. déçu du personnel, aucun effort pour le problème de langue. Pas de parking pour les voitures

LA HABITACION CONFORTABLE Y GRANDE, HOTEL CERCA DE LA PLAYA Y LA ANIMACION ESTUVO BIEN, LA COMIDA NOS GUSTO MUCHO FUE BASTANTE VARIADA. ZONA TRANKILA PARA FAMILIAS UN SITIO PERFECTO PARA DESCONECTAR COMO PLUS TIENE SPA.

Cuando llegas en el chekin te dan muy poca información sobre los servicios del hotel.

La animación para los niños es muy buena. El personal que tienen trabajando es increíble.

Creo que algunas instalaciones son mejorables como la zona de la piscina, tiene hamacas estropeadas y no está demasiado limpia esa zona. Eso creo que es mejorable.

La proximidad a la playa, y los desatunos.

Colchones de muelles ya muy trotados. Espera a la hora del checkout. Preguntado en recepción si podíamos ducharnos el dia de la salida a fin de aprovechar un dia mas de playa y porque este año la Junta de Andalucia cerro las duchas en la playa nos dijeron que no había forma a pesar de ser un hotel con spa.

Reserve una habitación normal, y me asignaron como cortesía una Suite Junior, habitación excelente y con todas las comodidades.

Cuando llegamos teníamos reservada una habitación y nos dieron una suite por el mismo precio...además el personal del bufet es súper amable

The facility was absolutely breathtaking, a real delight, and the food provided was fabulous.

It primarily serves golfers I think, and we were a bit out of town. If you were a golfer it would be perfect.

We stayed with a 3-year-old. There was plenty to do, he loved the mini-club and small pool. We also rented a bike and the beach side ride was a really nice activity. The room and balcony was a good size and quite comfortable. Spa was a good option to escape from the summer hotel crowds. Waiters at the restaurant were fast to attend with drink orders, also taking empty dishes away promptly.

This hotel has a completely different vibe in season and out of the season. The summer way too busy for us, and less relaxing than winter. Most places on the coast are capitalizing on families, charging double the cost for the holiday season which is sad. The main pool was crowded, sun bed stuck next to each other to accommodate the quantity of people. The other pool didn't allow young kids and it would have been a much more preferable place for us as it was really difficult to relax by the other pool with all the other activities happening. That's why we chose the beach instead. The beach club is actually 2min walk from the beach (not directly sitting on the beach), doesn't have any beach chairs or even it's own shower... as in 1st week of September all city showers seemed to be already switched off we had nowhere to clean our child. I found the restaurant to be a small size for the amount of people accommodated in the hotel. Perhaps it's the distribution of the food tables, but it wasn't easy to see the food options as there was people queuing to get certain food, covering access to other food... There was no coffee for lunch (only breakfast). Hot water was only available from coffee machine where everyone was queuing to get coffee. Some coffee cups and juice glasses were quite dirty.

Very good food. We had a full board. A lot of gluten free options and very kind personal in the restaurant.

We had a problem with the toilet. It was solved, but appeared again.

The location to the beach was perfect. There was a concert for family including kids nightly. Warm atmosphere and very safe.

The swim up bars (2) and most importantly the adult pool.

Great location, good facilities, attentive staff. The food was not exciting but excellent variety and good value.

Could not find interesting club activities for a 7.5 year old, they have a younger kids club and the one for 9 years+. Bicycles rental is only available for adults/ no kids bikes; no help/advise about alternative rentals.

The dinner was great! The staff was very friendly and the resort had fun amenities.

The AC in our room was on but it was very hot the entire night and the bed was super uncomfortable.

Lovely hotel. Good choice of food. Ideal location for golfers. Very quiet when we went as early May but busier at the weekend with Spanish visitors and a school trip.

Quiet area so difficult to find food and drink elsewhere if not all inclusive, which we weren't. However, we travelled to Cadiz, Rota and Chipiona and ate while there. This may be different in the height of the season.

Perfect location, out of season there were not many guess in the hotel, but we enjoyed almost empty beach. Very good quality of breakfast and dinner, very good service and very good value for money.

Staff very good professional and helpful, room was nice breakfest good. Dinner Buffet could have been more spanish oriented as it was only fair over all.
