Location very good for a stop off on the way from Benidorm to Bilbao.
Shower tray was so slippery, it was dangerous. Single beds were too close together. Wasn't keen on the restaurant food.

The property was ideal for an overnight stop on our way to Altea. Ideally located next to a petrol station and just off the road we were travelling on. The staff especially Anna were fabulous a warm greeting especially for our Dachshund as we chose this hotel as they were pet friendly. A dog bed and bowls were provided and even a chicken breast cooked for her tea. The food was typically Spanish but very well cooked and presented. We will be booking hopefully on our return journey to Santander. I did read the reviews before booking and would definitely book again
Nothing really not to like, all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice staff, centrally located, clean facility
The check in process was a bit of a nightmare. Our check-in time was 1400 and we arrived at about 1600. But, we still had to wait while they verified if a room was ready for us. We ended up only having to wait about 5 minutes, so not a huge issue but it seems like we shouldn't have had to wait at all. The bigger issue is that there is no where to park anywhere remotely near the hotel. Not even so much as a loading zone. So, if you have luggage to unload from your car, good luck. They do offer a discount at the nearest parking garage. This garage is not terribly far away but it is when you have to carry your luggage back and forth in the rain. We were on a month+ long road trip and thus had a good amount of things that needed to be brought up to the room. You can choose to play the very stressful "let's park close while we run our stuff up to the room and hope we don't get ticketed" game. But, we were not willing to do so as we were unfamiliar with the area and didn't know what could be gotten away with and what couldn't as far as parking authorities go. Because of these issues, our check in process took about 45 exhausting minutes. If you don't have a car and are traveling light, it might be better for you than it was for us.

It was great to have a bath tub instead of a shower.
The lift was a bit worrying. It was quite erratic.

The bar & restaurant staff were really good and pleasant. The food was quite good.
it was not pet-friendly. Our dog was only allowed in our room which was cold with no spare bedding. There was no plug to fit the wash basin and they could not provide one. We were cold in bed. The radiator did not work nor did any heating seemingly.

Conveniently located for the traveller. On a main road, next to a petrol station. Restaurant and bar available friendly helpful staff.
On a main road next to a petrol station, okay if you're travelling like we were, but not great for a romantic stay or holiday.

Air con was good, room was clean and spacious, staff were friendly , breakfast was good and if you wanted to eat tapas or an evening meal it was available. We didn't have time to use the pool but it looked really good. There was also a pet exercise area attached to the hotel
During the night the hotel was a little noisy not from other guests but maybe it was yhe lift or ventilation system ? No fault of the hotel but it was disappointing to see other dog owners had not used bags to clean up after their dogs in the designated area. The outside tables were also not tidied up quickly enough

The hotel is perfectly situated for those en route to southern Spain, with direct access to the A23 just a mile away. The actual location is not exactly pretty, but the hotel is welcoming, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and there is a good bar and restaurant.
