The location
Everything, I couldn’t leave my little sister alone on that hotel, she didn’t sleep there, we went to book another Place… Even our money has been already deducted by Booking.com. There was a lot, the hotel looked like a brothel, there was cigarette smoke on corridors, males drinking at the entrance. The screws of the handle on door 113 were loose, you can literally turn them with your fingers. There was a bank card on her room (tym bank card, Yellow in color). I couldn't leave my little sister alone in that hotel. I felt she wasn't safe. It did not meet our expectations especially for the price

the ground floor , the wooden floor makes it impossible to have peace and quiet and other guests on the floor had their music on loud volume I felt like I was back in res. the fact that you don't have a phone in the room to call your reception or any other services is a shame. Because your watsapp line isn't exactly the quickest takes forever to respond.

The place is nice and clean reception staff and security are very friendly and the breakfast was excellent
There was a construction in the building which they didnt notify us about which was infact next to our room and the noise was unbearable and the was one of kitchen staff who gave us attitude worse while we a busy eating breakfast she came with a broom swept under our table while we are busy eating we had to leave cause it felt like we were being chased away

308 the room me, my kids and my husband stayed in there were crockroaches, the base of the beds looked old, when showering water would come out of the floor and that could cause serious injuries.

The bacon was too salty. I was just not happy though with the cockroaches. I wish you can do more to get rid of the cockroaches.
