Boxing tournament

Room was to small for 3 people staff were ignorant and we had to pay for an extra bed,belittled us in front of strangers when asked for management my daughter was ashamed to stay and my wife wanted to leave all parties held responsible will not be useing services again

We came over to Sweden for a boxing tournament, the staff went above and beyond to help us with taxis, accommodate our needs with beds, food ect. I cant rate this hotel enough, very clean and tidy, the gym and sauna facility was brilliant, the food was lush. 5*

The pillows in the room a little to soft and it got a little noisy at the weekend with the bar downstairs but it wouldn't be a problem if we went for a holiday and not the boxing we was just all tired from the fighting.

Restaurant downstairs is actually also one of the best in Town. Becomes a bub with music and all. Bed was comfortable and location was great. Room was clean.

Furniture was a bit old. Room didn't feel very premium. Would've been nice to have some coffee in the room.

All staff is very friendly and helpful, good breakfast.

During 4 nights stay, the room was not clean one single day, the waste was kept for 4 days and without checking if towels needed to change.

Excellent and helpful staff. The staff was very cooperative and helpful. We travelled for three nights and my son got sick the first night. The staff was helpful in helping us cancelling the rest of nights without any problem and we even received money back for one night.

The staff was very friendly and helpful; Everything is setup with a good sense of practicality (24h access to microwave, coffee - at the reception, small but well built bathroom etc); Interesting and nice breakfast area.
