Strašlivá snídaně. Vlastně nejhorší, co jsem, kdy v životě zažila a to cestuji opravdu dost. Nejen, že byl malý výběr. To by tak nevadilo. Nejhorší byla kvalita. Nepoživatelná vajíčka. Protože nebyly hrnky a skleničky, tak se nápoje podávaly do plastových a papírových kelímků včetně plastových lžiček.... ve 4* jako vážně????!!! Odporné jídlo z polotovarů. Na snídaně jsme chodili do kavárny pár metrů dál. V hotelu to opravdu nešlo. Naštěstí jsme byli jen 2 noci. Litovala jsem lidi, co mají zaplacený týden např. s polopenzí.

Čistota, ochota personálu, perfektní all inclusive nabídka, nešidili drinky ani ostatní nápoje, jen protože je měl člověk v ceně pobytu

Comfort, big room, very clean... free beach towels, near to the Nisy beach and main street. Very nice staff and entertainment for the kids...

Breakfast was really tasty and there was large selection of food. We had a nice view from our room.

The woman on the reception was nice and that's it. She confused our room with another. We opened our room and saw a guy in it. There aren't socket adapters and USB-hole were broken. The fridge was empty.

The location of the hotel is very good, right in the middle between the city center and the main beaches. The pool was nice and we like it’s facilities. The breakfast was diverse.

We arrived late at night and were disappointed to find a very small, side room, right next to a staff loud elevator. The room looked nothing like the pictures in the website and had a very poor view, next to some AC engines. The bed was very small for two people, the pillows were uncomfortable and we didn’t had a blanket at all. The shower was also pretty small. We had to wake up to the sounds of the staff shouting near our room were the elevator was. The next day, we arrived after a long, exhausting day and found out that we had a leak from the ceiling right above the bed. When the maintenance guy (that was very nice) arrived, he said we got a very small room, very unlike the other rooms at the hotel, and suggested we move immediately. When I called reception they just told us to wait. Eventually we went down to the lobby and they said they upgraded us to a big room with a sea view. When we entered the room, we just understood that this was the room we should have gotten in the beginning, but unfortunately got just when we were already in the middle of our vacation. The view wasn’t really a sea view, but just a view to some field, where the sea was very distant and almost unseen. Since the moment we switched rooms, the elevator stopped working and the room was on the third floor. Every time we wanted to go up or down, we had to use the stairs, which didn’t have any air conditioning at all. Also, there were alternate electricity problems, which meant we had no AC in the room, and the temperature was 35 degrees. The smell in our bathroom was very bad, and supposedly came from the ventilaton system. When we asked at first to checkout a little later, they said it will probably be possible, but when we were actually going to do that, they wanted to charge 40 euros. Eventually, decided to just leave our bags at the luggage room, when we later discovered was full of cockroaches that fell on us from the ceiling and climbed on our legs and bags. We had a very bad time there
