Oikein hyvä sijainti vanhassa kaupungissa. Viihtyisät ulkotilat ja mukavat oleskelutilat sisällä.

Vastaanotossa oli hyvin heikosti työnsä hallinnut mieshenkilö. Emme päässeet huoneisiin emmekä muistakaan ovista. Kapeita käytäviä ja jyrkkiä rappusia ylös sekä alas oli hankala liikkua. Huone oli kuuma.

Very authentic hotel in the heart of Tallinn. Good location and you won't find nowhere same hotel as this one, so we felt like being in the museum and that was really nice and fun experience. Hotel is clean, breakfast was ok, bed comfortable, room size was also good.

Isolation :( We stayed at the hotel from Wednesday till Friday and both nights was impossible to sleep, because Isolation is really bad and next door we had crazy teenagers about 10 ppl and they had party until morning, both nights in them room :(. It's a bit strange that staff tolerate it and didn't say anything to them. I think rules at the hotel have to be more strict have to be silent time from 10 or 11 pm or something like this.

Vanha talo, joten jokainen askelma portaissa ja käytävillä kuului huoneeseen. Kuulin myös kun naapurihuoneessa kuorsattiin.

Mulle meeldis vana maja hõng, ilusti restaureeritud ja asukoht arvestades, kus kohas toimusid tööalased kohtumised. Tuba oli hubane, puhas.

Mulle ei meeldinud et teise toaga oli läbi seina kuuldavus liiga hea, seal oli vist veidi suurem seltskond ja kõik oli väga selgelt kuulda. Nagu oleks kõrval. Lisaks ei meeldinud,et samamoodi oli ukse taga koridoris liikumine, põranda kriuksumine ja hääled väga tugevalt tuppa kosta. Lisaks kostus õhtul (isegi 3. korrusele) alumise klbu tümps. Õnneks kõrvatropid aitasid.

Super asukoht. Väga huvitava planeeringuga ja interjööriga maja. Hommikusöök oli üllatavalt rikkalik.

When booking the room, there was a step where I could choose between twin beds or one double bed. I chose one double bed. But, they gave me a room with two twin beds. I have photos showing this. Also, the room is an extreme health hazard. Just outside of the window, just a few meters away, there are mounted about FIFTEEN telecommunications antennas!!! I work for Sony Nordic’s telecommunications department as an engineer; and I have worked as a telecommunications engineer for almost twenty years. So, I am an absolute authority as to what these are, as I have seen them in various engineering laboratories, and outside like this, throughout my career. These antennas are providing mobile communications service to the entire community of people below, for a distance of kilometers!!!! They are extremely powerful antennas that are emitting electromagnetic waves and radiation constantly, in order that everyone may use their mobile phones in this area. Therefore, to have all these just a few meters from this room is absolutely damaging to my health. Actually, all rooms in this hotel on this floor and the two floors below are in an area too close to these antennas. After writing this, I am actually going to report this to the local Tallinn inspection agency for negligence. Because this absolutely should not be allowed. I asked the receptionist to change my room. She said they were fully booked and could not change my room. She offered no help whatsoever, even after I told her about the health detriment of sleeping in this room.

The atmosphere was really unique. We sometimes felt like we were in the queue in Disneyland just by wandering in the long corridors of the hotel! The rooms are decent, and the value for the price is really off the charts!

The personnel is a bit rough (but I guess you'll really feel yourself in Estonia in that way :-) and our room was a bit noisy (which is absolutely normal as you literally sleep in a 500+ years old mansion and Finns doing boose trips are not known to be nimble...)

Perfect location, nice local breakfast, unique building but rooms didn’t have the old dusty feeling, easy check in, despite some comments, the girl in the reception spoke good English.

We had a room without a window and no aircon so it was really warm, the fan helped but still very warm!

A very interesting hotel, staircases go every which way, it's a puzzle house !

Great location, only four minutes from main square.

Room 502 Shower room is quite small-low so if you are 185 or more then quite tricky :)

At first we get economy room, so we needed to fight for room which we paid. Hotel staff didn't want to resolve anything. There was dirty bed clothes for one bed, very thin walls, so we hear everything what happened in other rooms. At room was very cold. Don't believe photos.
