Size of apartment - bigger than photos Location to ski lift

Not entirely sure where the “ski out” part was from our apartment (ski-in was fine). Walk to lift however was very short). Shower head in bathroom was loose meaning had to hold the shower head for the first shower. Easily fixed with the turn of a screwdriver.

location was fantastic just few minutes walk to the Grizzly lift. The gym was well equipped and had a nice view.

Spas a little disappointing, with no staff to supervise. It took three days of asking to get the other two saunas turned on! As it’s high season and very busy you would have thought they’d have them on already. The pool and hot tub were on the cold side. The room with the pool table closed at 7.30!

very nice architecture and natural materials

property was very nice, including the swimming pool, but I was disappointed with the communication regarding my payment (all caused by the fact that the property did not require 2-steps authentication)

unfriendly staff. everything cost extra - eg towels for spa. reception locked at lunchtime

big and well furnished apartment very good location for skiing, ski rental just outside the residence

adding a bar service in the lobby during the day would be great

great location and facilities in a friendly village

wifi is non existent . this is not admissible for a property if such quality

The breakfast we ordered wasnt warm at the time of pick up. The wifi signal was weak. They didnt supply toiletries or clean the room during our stay. The spa area is outside in separate building and the water in the pool wasnt warm enough.
