Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

Every staff member we met was very helpful, friendly and professional. Cary, the first staff member, we met at the desk was extremely helpful. She gave us some great places to have dinner. We really enjoyed breakfast, especially since there were different items to choose from each day. The kitchen staff were great, very friendly, always with a smile and a happy greeting. The evening "social meetings" were a nice touch. We really enjoyed our stay and will say again when in the Vero Beach area.

Our only complaint was that the lighting in the dressing, bathroom sink, area was not sufficient, especially when my wife attempted to do her hair and put on make-up. The lighting in the rest of the room was good.

Unable to get Fox News. The remote would automatically jump over the channel. If you entered the channel number in it would not work either. I called the front desk and they told me I had to enter a one in front of the number. No other channel had this problem and they could not explain. No problem getting CNN or MSNBC! I have videos showing the remote problem. Probably some liberal programming issue

The staff was amazing, kind, polite, helpful, caring, etc. The place was clean. The breakfast was great. The complimentary evening drinks and food was fun and appreciated.

The young baseball players were kind of noisy and dirty but they are boys 😀

The staff was accommodating. The hotel had a very pretty outdoor pool and seating area. There were fire pits and a social hour with free beer and wine. The breakfast was fantastic, and the menu changed daily. I was there for five days.

I was in a suite, and the cleaning staff didn't replace the coffee with a new packet daily unless asked or wash out the cup and glass I used. They missed emptying one of the trash bins, but seriously, that is me being picky. However... all in all... they kept the room clean, and the beds were made daily.

Great 3 night stay at this modern suite hotel. Whole place was kept spotlessly clean and was obviously well managed. Staff very helpful and attentive to guests' needs. Breakfast was very good too. Nice pool and deck was a plus.

I was underwhelmed by my room which I felt lacked enough natural light and was awkwardly laid out - however this wouldn't prevent me from booking again next time I'm in the area as overall my stay was a great experience.
