Bikes to borrow, the staff

The staff were so kind and showed us around the hotel and to our room during check in. The pool, restaurant, room service and breakfast were on point! The view is just amazing and staff were super helpful at recommending some great trails! The location is ideal if you just want to walk around town or go hiking. Adelboden did not feel so full of tourist which was nice if you are really looking to get some R&R. Putting my name on the TV during check into our room was a nice little touch. Well worth the stay.

The gym was super clean and nice.

There was a really bad sewage smell in the bathroom when we arrived in the room. The staff were not as friendly as they use to be. I stayed at the Cambrian a few times and the service use to be amazing. The food use to be super good as well. I was also told about the room service fee that kept changing the entire time. Sometimes was 0, sometimes was 15 and sometimes was 30 which it made no sense. The food and the table trolley for the room service use to be so nicely place and well presented, I felt like this time they just threw the plate and cutlery on the table and deliver the food. I felt the lack of attention and passion. It use to be one of my favourite hotels to visit and relax but it’s safe to say that’s it’s not longer my fav hotel.

It was an absolute amazing stay and very helpful staff! I have to mention Amaarah , who was absolutely fantastic and helpful from the start ,helping us getting here from the train station. Made our experience even better. We would definitely come back to this hotel. The hotel facilities and room was amazing. Easily the best hotel we have stayed in during our 8 days tour.

From check-in to check-out everything was perfect! It was already our second time here and will not be the last one! Thee staff, the rooms (perfectly clean and nicely furnished and decorated), the facilities and bathrooms nfrastructure, the food and the view were all fantastic!

The best hotel stay I’ve ever had. The staff are exceptional, rooms are beautiful with incredible views of the mountains, breakfast is rich and delicious with many options. The Axe Bar and Bryn Williams are great additions. Hotel is right across the street from bus station. Spa facilities are top tier.

Great hotel with comfortable room with nice view to the mountains. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The spa is a must to go, with outside heated swimming pool with jacuzzi with a view to the mountain. Amazing breakfast!

The hotel is very beautiful. The staff is super friendly. A lovely spa area, there is a room for children (also very beautiful). Next to the bar there is a big comfortable relaxing area with a fireplace. Everywhere you can grab an apple or some nuts. I'd like to go back.

The view, the location, the kind staff. It has parking (paid). The pool outside is warm and you can enjoy the fabulous view.

The view was excellent, as well as the pools and the spa area.

The menu form the room service and the breakfast was somewhat limited.

Everything was top rated.
