L emplacement idéal pour faire la ville à pieds.
Le personnel très sympathique et au petit soins pour répondre à nos demandes.

The Hotel is right in front of the regional trainstation which makes arrival from napoli easy and the entrance to the ruins of Pompei is only a short walk away. From where also the public bus up Vesuv has its first stop and its still easy to get seats on it.. The breakfast was very good. The room was cosy and the staff very friendly and helpful.
There is a wonderful rooftop area with whirlpool - but it wasn't operational yet and we had no time to use it - but i think it must be very nice.
Some parts of the furniture are getting a bit old.
You need to put the key (or something of similar shape) into a slot to have power in the room, which makes the refrigerator obsolete... I think in a four star hotel the 5cent for power to leave it running during day should be included ... I imagine in summer it must also be annoying coming into a very hot room as the AC had no power while you were out...

The rooftop view is great, the corridors were nicely decorated, our bedroom had a good size and the breakfast was tasty.
The tap was broken and leaking (staff came to clean with a mop but couldn’t get someone to fix it, which was fine as I was there just for one night.
The shower wasn’t great, water didn’t go down the drain quick enough and the showerhead was not powerful

It was perfectly located to visit the Pompeii ruins just a short walk

Breakfast was adequate..prepared fresh fruit would have been nice. Nice rooftop sun terrace
Great location for the ruins .. very pleasant and helpful staff.
I booked this hotel because it had a rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi ... unfortunately the jacuzzi hot tub was unavailable .. apparently this was because it was the start of the season ( in june ?) and it had rained the previous week ... ??? . ☹️

The hotel is quite nice and the location is perfect. They helped me a lot with the parking and Catello from the reception was very polite and helpful. We enjoyed a lot our stay in the city and the hotel.

Was made so welcome from the first minute. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. If we are back in Pompei we would definitely be staying at Hotel Palma.

Very clean and very kind staff at reception

The staff were exceptional and very accommodating.
Overall very good however on getting in the jacuzzi on the roof terrace it did become apparent that it is very unclean. Some newer towels would be good too; our ones, although clean, were pretty frayed and there were few noticeable stains.

Great location, 2 minute walk to the piazza, 10 minute walk to the ruins, plenty of very good restaurants and pizzerias all within a few minutes of the piazza. Room was lovely, plenty big enough for 2 adults and 2 children, mini bar (chargeable), great air-con, electric vertical shutters on window helped keep out all light and street noise at night (in our room it did anyway), room cleaned and serviced every day. Fixed key lockable room safety deposit box. Fabulous roof terrace, plenty of sun loungers, chairs and tables and a jacuzzi....cool temperature of the water was a blessing in August heat. Staff were lovely, yes often present however we found them attentive, helpful and there to service and in no way felt uncomfortable. If you have a car, you can be lucky and park right outside, 3 or 4 spaces ourside front entrance and there's also street space owned by the hotel you can park on at the side entrance, typically have to time it well though. Just under an hour to Sorrento, an hour to Amalfi, 45 mins to Ravello...lovely day trips out. 25 mins to Naples Airport.
Although we were lucky enough to park outside each day (3 days), more spaces would be better, or cheaper garage parking (€30 a day).
Just a pot of coffee in the morning...would have preferred option of cappuccino or espresso. Would stay again, would not book breakfast though, enough decent and cheap places nearby to go out and get coffee and breakfast.

the location was great. the staff was also great, except for that they were a bit pushy in selling you activities.
this did not feel like a 4 star hotel at all. it’s dated
and in need of an upgrade. the bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom had used toiletries that were never changed in the 3 days we stayed there. thank god we brought our own toiletries. the balcony was very dusty and with allergies I was barely able to sit and enjoy it

Loved our stay. Location was ideal for exploring Pompeii. Staff were exceptionally friendly and the young lady looking after breakfast was a credit to the hotel - friendly, professional and provided excellent service and amazing latte's! Nice selection for breakfast too. Room was very clean and well kept. Reception staff were very helpful as well.
Literally the only slight negative I can say is the pillows were very flat but I totally understand that could just be my personal preference because overall the bed itself was really comfortable

The staff were friendly
The photographs show this hotel in a much better light than it actually is, It is in dire need of maintenance and upgrade, the hot tub was not working, the water pressure was awful, the quality of food was not up to standard for the cost of the room
4.1
The best thing about this hotel is its location, you can walk everywhere from there. There are great restaurants and shopping streets very close, also it’s so close to the beautiful cathedral.
Their beds are very comfortable, this is something I got to mention since we have stayed at very beautiful places with very uncomfortable beds. Palma hotel has a different type of breakfast, full of pastries, but hey! While in vacation, enjoy those carbs!!!!
Catello helped us with finding the ride to the airport and other little details that made our stay one to remember.
