The room was small but cozy. Breakfast was delicious and worth the $12/day. Also the ambience at the lounge/pool on the 8th floor rooftop was amazing 🤩 staff and food was great. The spinach dip and the crab cakes were my favorite.

Nothing much... The hotel staff was very accommodating and lm an easy person to satisfy with the right attitude.

It had two restaurants and a bar available on site and plenty within walking distance. The lobby was really clean and well decorated. Breakfast included. The set up of the room allowed us to rent one suite for our family instead of 2 rooms, which most hotels in the DR make you do.

The room was not what we were expecting. Pictures on add are not what you get. The extremely outdated carpet needs to be deep cleaned. The bathroom is also outdated, and the vanity was stained.

I really love the restaurant. Every meal from there was amazing. And the staff are beyond the best

I had 3 rooms for myself and family. Our room was 517. Stains on the lamps, covers, walls. I stayed in that room for 8 nights. It was just awful. The bathroom was below average and the furniture was beat up bad. I choose not to complain because everyone was ok. I spent a total of $1600 for everything. There was alot on construction basically every night. And the cleaning maids would never knock on door just use the key card to enter everyday. I chose the hotel because of recommendations. I honestly desire some sort of refund. Can you help with that please.

Was clean. And good location.

Mattress really hard. I was changed to another room, but not much difference, the pillows also hard and VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. No ice machine on ANY FLOOR, Everytime I need ice you have to request it to front desk and then TIP THE PERSON WHO BROUGHT YOU THE ICE,so i ended not asking for ice. Restaurant they DIDN'T LISTEN TO MY REQUEST ABOUT HAVING MY EGGS HARD NOT SOFT, they only had the breakfast right just once of the whole week.(not just the eggs the coffee also). Anyway I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you care about confort.

Location and breakfast Lovely pool area at top floor.

Had no grounds space to walk, chill etc. Everything was mostly inside. This does not take away from the place but would be a plus.
