Everything was perfect ! The lady at the reception desk is extremely friendly, helpful and accomodating. The room was really comfortable and beautifully decorated. We were really pleasantely surprised by the size of the room and the bathroom. It is spacious and a lot bigger than many places we have stayed at before. The location cannot be better, very central, yet quiet. We loved it and highly recommend it.

The hotel and rooms were very clean with a nice modern bath. The owners were happy to see their first cyclists of the season. At breakfast, we were offered more coffee than we could drink.

The hotel was in a perfect location for cafes, restaurants and site seeing around the town. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we couldn't fault our room, lovely comfortable bed and with good facilities. Breakfast was very satisfying to set us up for the day! We would definitely visit again if in Noirt.

We had not heard of Niort, and went there because a friend lives there. What a gorgeous town! Beautiful buildings, spacious streets and lovely people. Our hosts at the hotel were lovely. They made sure we were comfortable, made the process of checking in and out easy, and take pride in their hotel. It was a pleasure to stay with them and we will again in the future I'm sure.

France hotel is located 200 meters from the underground parking in a pedestrian street. The owner booked us an evening meal at a great restaurant a short walk away. Breakfast was continental and probably all you could eat!
The decor of our room was “seaside” and very relaxing, with a garden view. Thank you.

Everything, a wonderful welcome when we arrived, friendly and so helpful we felt like valued guests straight away. The decor was lovely and well thought out and everything so clean.
There truly was nothing any of us did not like about France Hotel.

Breakfast was lovely, all freshly baked pastries and fruit salad, opportunity for extra food was there. Greeted by a smile, and thankyou as we left.

We loved the location…. In the heart of the old town. It was close to places to eat and Christmas decorations.
Liked the courtyard in the middle and the little rabbit.
The challenge in negotiating one way streets that made parking difficult.
