Flotte bygninger og lokaler. Tæt på Kbh. og alligevel i naturen. Flink personale. Gode produkter i bad.

Små varme værelser, ingen a/c. Kedelig udsigt. Havde forventet bedre pool/spa område. Området trafikeret og ingen restauranter/ butikker i gå afstand - føler sig hurtigt begrænset.

Väldigt god mat. Lugnt och avkopplande ställe. Trevlig personal. Fint spa och stort gym.

La chambre et la salle de bains très spacieuses. Le petit déjeuner copieux. Le parking gratuit. La gare est proche ce qui permet de rejoindre le centre de Copenhague en 1/4 d’heure. Les deux salles de restaurant.

J’ai mal compris en réservant que l’accès au spa que j’avais pris en plus ne me permettait pas d’en profiter le matin du départ. C’était seulement jusqu’à la veille.

The gym was great and so was the swimming bridge. However, the young inexperience staff was the best. Always willing to help and resolve. Always with a smile and a sense of humor.

Our first room did not offer a lot of privacy looking straight into the all day restaurant. However, we were promptly moved when we raised this with the front desk.

The location of the hotel was fine for our bicycle trips; it was an advantage that we could borrow the bicycles from the hotel directly for free.

Problems were the beds, the noisy location of the room, the restaurant and the anonymous,, in some cases arrogant staff: Although I had asked for a quiet room in advance we got a room almost next to the noisy road. Since there was no air conditioner in the warm room we had to open the windows during the night and woke up because of the continouus stream of cars from the early morning till late evening.. The beds were too warm (due to the polyester fabric) and extremely soft, that wss very uncomfortable. Also the shower cabin was so small you had to squeeze in, Moreover, the menu card of the restaurant "Carl" was very simple and cooked without inspiration that one would not expect in such a 4 star hotel if you compare it to the nearby other restaurants at the sea.

We stayed for 3 nights and we loved everything about the property! The room was spacious and comfortable, the spa is luxurious and welcoming, the food in the restaurant was exquisite and healthy!

We missed the breakfast time for 5 minutes and they refused to let us in. Fortunately enough they had some snacks in the bar.

The staff made me feel like I have known them for many years (my first stay). They gave me the feeling like they mistaken me for a celebrity. The atmosphere was posh and the lobby bar was tranquillizing, unfortunately no time for spa or exercises so the bar was my choice. Nice with a short stoll in the neighborhood after a really good breakfast.

I should have been able to stay longer:)

The bed. If you pull two twin beds together to be a double bed, at least please have a double bed mattress topper & sheet on it.
