The hotel is very well located, with many restaurants close by. The landscapes are breathtaking and the location is perfect for those who want to go hiking, cycling or just take some time to relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air. Everything in the hotel was very clean and well organized. Breakfast is perfect and the staff is very helpful and kind. It's definitely a place I want to go back to.

Great place to stay, the river is right by the hotel, wonderful atmosphere and sparkling clean. Most of the rooms are beautifuly renovated. The staff is cool and very kind. Overall a great place to stay in Espot.
The breakfast is a bit lacking in my opinion, could use a bit upgrade and more options. Other than that everything was spot on.

The staff is so nice and helpful. The whole hotel is renovated, the rooms are big and clean with good bed, pleasent heating and very nice shower and toilet. Location is perfect for going into Aiguestortes park, the park taxi are 1min from the hotel.

Location is perfect .the view from the room of stream and mountains
We used double room and bathroom and toilets are in between two rooms not providing too much privacy. hanging hooks are really missing within the rooms

Rooms were modern and clean and the staff was very nice and helpful.
You could hear the flushing of water and showers from the neighboring rooms.
The heating in the room didn’t work, staff tried to reset but that didn’t help.
Breakfast is basic.

Details in the room, especially the bathroom, and apparently other parts of the hotel are well thought out, making the hotel beautifully minimalistic and very functional.

Beautiful renovated rooms, large, VERY clean and great showers. Beds are west-european standards, also for tall people. Shower has a hot and strong jet. In the night it is pitch dark, no light pollution. Staffs are very helpful and do speak English. Hotel is in front of several good restaurants, at the other side of the road are the Jeeps standing (only summer season), to bring you to the NP.
Our stay was fine, but I personally expected more of the breakfast. There were some bakery goods and different kinds of cheeses and ham. But for a hotel at the border of a NP where hiking is activity nr #1, I would personally present more choices. As for example: granola, fresh breads, fresh juices, etc. But again; breakfast is fine, but I expected more of it.

The host, Jose, was very friendly and helpful, and gave us a lot of tips and even escorted us through the village and showed us some nice spots which we probably wouldn't find by ourselves, we got two adjacent rooms for us and the kids which were nicely designed, comfortable and clean, large parking area nearby, close to the restaurants and the national park taxi operator office

Noise from outside bar under our window. We had a picnic in the garden and one of the staff hassled us, challenging whether we were guests in the hotel - a bit rude and unfriendly.

The stuff in the reception is so helpful (especially Victor). He provided excellent advices for my trips around.
The hotel is located in Espot village and it's very easy to find the tourist information/taxis to the national park.
The breakfast is a bit limited in compare to other hotels in Spain. The pillow is too hard.

The owner and staff of the hotel are exceptionally helpful and very nice. The location is awesome. The rooms are very cosy with great view on the mountains, bathrooms are spacious and have a bidet and a bath tub.
