the services were really good and the team was very friendly, everything went smoothly and the breakfast was nice and good

we did not like the beds are they were uncomfortable, the villa was not cleaned everyday not even the sheet bed. The worst thing was the toilet is was not washed as it should be.

a bit of mold in the bathroom and better to keep the toothbrushes in the room as every night some creatures were found next to them

The Villa was amazing. Better than we could have imagined. Breakfast delivered each morning at a time of our choice. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were huge and the living area and kitchen were also immaculate.

The Villas are amazing. Spacious, clean & well equipped, they offer complete privacy, We have travelled to lots of places & never had a place like this, The staff are excellent, very happy, friendly & respectful, nothing is too much trouble for these guys, The Villas were originally built for the owners children (DURA) villas name was created using the 1st initial of each of his 4 children's names, this also explains why these villas are such a good size & private, We will definitely be returning to Dura villas again & every time we visit our son in New Zealand, we can't wait to see the staff again either, I have never experienced customer service so fantastic, We spent 13 nights here, my wife's health is not good so we spent most day's relaxing at the villa, my wife had 2 amazing spa treatments done at the villa, we ate every night at the villa using their room service option & we never had anything but praise to say about this service & the quality of the food, (one of the guys who works there is called Made - sounds like Maddie) he arranged to take us to the Zoo, his knowledge & passion for Bali was inspiring, he definitely deserves a special mention & we feel like the staff here are our friends now, Dura villas are a fantastic place to stay especially if you like total peace & relaxation

Everything, the staff warmly welcomed us! Stayed for 2 nights and we got a complimentary airport drop off. Had asked for some room decorations and they did it for us free - and added a cake too! Requested for late checkout and they helped us on that. Lovely place, lovely people. The room and bed were so comfy, we felt like staying in all day though we still have a lot of places to visit - but no regrets!

The algae grows on some part of the villas (outdoor walls), not really an issue but without maintenance I think it will somehow ruin the villas’ pretty view. The open air “living room” sofa also has some permanent dirt, with normal cleaning I don’t think it will go off.
