ontbijt was wel OK. Als de gerenoveerde kamer volledig af was, dan zijn ze erg mooi met zelfs chrome cast op je TV. Maar dan moet de kamer wel afgewerkt zijn.....

Hotel is nog een grote bouwwerf. OVeral stof en werken aan de gang, matrassen staan in de gang, onze regendouche was er nog niet, enkel de handdouche. Kamer van mijn dochter hebben ze 2x de plafond geschilderd tijdens haar verblijf, en over het bed gelopen met vuile werkschoenen aan. Welness stonden ze nog tegels te leggen, die was niet open. De hoofdmaaltijd zet men naast je op tafel als je nog aan de soep bezig bent.... Dit hotel had nog niet open mogen gaan. Probeer het in 2025 eens, in 2024 best nog niet....

There were normal average breakfasts. Good location.

Terrible dinner!!! We stayed at the hotel for three days, and only one dinner was completely eaten. One evening there was soup, but as it turned out, the hotel ran out of bread. Dinner starts at 18.00, but you won't be able to actually get food until 18.50, because the staff is not ready for the arrival of guests. When asked how long we need to wait for food to be brought to us, because we are hungry, the waiter rudely replied that we should wait like everyone else and not be indignant, and if we think that they will bring food to us earlier because we are from Ukraine, then we are wrong. (as it turned out, the waiter understood the Ukrainian language a little). The waiter invited the manager from the reception, who did not even want to listen to our claim. He just answered that we need to calm down and wait, and left. The staff does not have enough time for regular service. At dinner, the thermos ran out of boiling water to make tea, the coffee machine asked to clean the filter. There was fungus on the ceiling in the pool due to the high humidity. There was no toilet paper in some of the cubicles in the shared toilet. There are no radiators in the room, they are barely warm, so if your clothes get wet after skiing, you will have nowhere to dry them. The price does not match the quality. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone!!

As I understand, the hotel opened 14 days ago, the team was learning. You could see he was getting better. What pleasantly surprised me was the concept. Everything is built on a family atmosphere, on trust. You can serve beer, or wine, or even alcohol yourself at great prices. You probably won't find 2 euros for a large quality beer in Austria. Free quality coffee, chocolate and lemonades all day long. The hotel has a large wellness area including a swimming pool. There is a Skibus next to the hotel. You are on the Gletcher Express in 5 minutes and in other 10 minutes you are already skiing at an altitude of 2850 to 3440 meters. Thanks for a great experience, I'll be back. Their slogan "feel like home" fits exactly.

No doors between rooms, kitchen corner extremly small and not well equiped, only possible to use one pot at a time

Friendly staff, spacious and clean appartment, sauna, location.

Kitchen could be better equipped (esp. coffee machine and pans/pots that fit onto cooktop), Couch or corner booth would make it cosier instead of - just one - arm chair.

Good location for Riffleseebahn and Gletscher, clean rooms, facilities (whirlpool, gym, etc...), parking space, friendly staff, decent price considering everything. We really enjoyed our stay!

Biggest 'complaint' was sorting the trash. I'm not against sorting but you have to keep 'everything' separate and deposit it in separate containers in the hallway. That's just not something you want to deal with on vacation. There were exposed electricity wires in the rooms (not easily accessible but still), Whirlpool access only from 14:30 (not everyone in our party went skiing so they didn't like the late access), main entrance closed during the night but the ski room with outdoor access stayed open? (we noticed this when we went home during the night)
