aside from the place that is cosy and clean and comfortable,the view from porch is breathtaking! it was one of the bestest place we stayed.

The bungalow was located close to York Street, taxi rank and within range of the Beam scooters which we used often. Being able to launder everyones' clothes meant I had no laundry to do when I got home.

The shower head in the main bathroom needs descaling apparently (I didn't actually use it). We probably could do with more instructions on how to use the appliances, but maybe that's just us.

Great location and wonderful views. Very close to town and supermarket/cafes/restaurants. Check in was easy and well-communicated.

Kitchen utensils could do with a refresh, and cleanliness could have been a little better.

A very spacious and comfortable entire house just for one person; view from the 2nd floor, it had an a/c to heat as the weather was very cold during my stay

We've stayed here twice now - once in one of the 2-storey units, and this time in one of the single storey ones. Both very satisfactory, with the main difference being the view from the balcony of the 2-storey units.

The location is perfect. Easy walking distance to shops, cafes, historic sites, parks and the water front. The apartment is light, spacious and clean. Ocean views from the first floor balcony. Easily sleeps 5 people. Protected area out the back with table and chairs.

The pillows were very soft.

A family of 5 and we stayed in The Bungalow for 3 nights. Beautiful gardens and lovely and spacious, home away from home. Plenty of room with everything we needed. Great location, walking distance to main street. Would definately recommend.

We loved the proximity to town and the comfort of the accomodation. Loved the styling of the cottage and all its amenities.

we were unable to use the oven and the couches were uncomfortable for our friend who has a bad back.

We went in spring so was very grateful for the electric blankets and radiators available in every room. Fully equipped kitchen, bluetooth speaker. Toilets were very clean and with full provisions like towels, soap, hygienic bags. Enough space to park the car right in front of the house makes loading and unloading baggage easy.

Would have been great if the TV could be upgraded to a smart TV

Great location close to town, museum, Port. Plenty of room with 3 large bedrooms in the Bungalow. Self contained with all the facilities we could need.

Great location just up the hill from the main shopping area and some great restaurants. Brilliant view over the harbour. Given Covid had reduced the workforce, some restaurants were short staffed and had limited sittings so suggest booking restaurants a week before you arrive.

Just great location, very clean. Leaving the keys on departure too easy. Great suggestions in the folder thank you. Great value for money. Just wished for separate bathroom but definitely managed.

No view but you can't help that. Not sure about picking up keys from an open safe, it wasn't locked when I was there and lots of keys for other people. Also can't comment on staff as I never met them.

Location was great. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels, toilet paper. Having a washer and dryer.

Coffee teas sugar small miniature milk was very minimal. Lighting in bathroom was terrible. Tv was on a tv unit and it infringed and took the view from the balcony which was a pity. Outside bbq was dirty. Needed a box of tissues Decor was old and badly colour coordinated, apartment needed a fresh colour makeover.

Great location. We stayed in the Beautiful old cottage which has been done up beautifully. Staff very obliging.

Friendly staff, also efficient; quality of apartment; pleasant outlook; quiet and relaxing. The facilities in the apartment were thoughtfully planned.

The wall clock needs a new battery. (That didn't affect our enjoyment!)

Space in the unit, garden was nicely kept, plenty of car parks and great layout

Not that we didn’t like it but some more utensils eg potato peeler, and a dishwasher would be good.

Location was great, the cottage was so Clean & quaint. Everything needed was there. Really couldn’t want for anything.
