good location close to Seafront

reception tried to overcharge us even though we booked a room for 2 people. room was not clean! dust everywhere, really loud as the speaker for the bar underneath is on the ceiling above reception so you hear music all night and all morning when they open, not possible to turn the heating unit off as no remote control it rattles and turns on & off randomly. half a shower door and broken toilet seat. wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

The wc didn't work. The curtains were falling apart. The lighting was dull you couldn't read.

Location is on the edge of old town. Close to the bulevard where takes appr 25 mins nice walk to reach the railway station and port. ( or via the lively pedestrian street).My room was above their restaurant in the back side as l wished for a silent room. Room was simple with ensuite bathroom. Nothing fancy, but it worked for me for a one night stay. My only problem was the wifi, which did not work at all, although climbed down to the reception to ask for the password there was no any signal in the room to connect to.

Steep staircase up to the room. No mosquitonet, some bugs in the room. Non existent wifi.( caused me some trouble)

Location from the station. Staff very accommodating. Top nodge🤌and the bar below, also theirs, cool and serviceminded!☆

Huge room in a gorgeous old building. Check in via the reception in a restaurant/bar a few doors away (also where the buffet breakfast is). Good location, 20 minute walk to the station and 10 minutes to the marina. Would return.

Excellent location, amazing staff , couldn't do enough for you. Great drinks and food, very comfortable room and extremely clean.

The location was fine and the room was made up every day. Location is close to the sea and train station within walking distance

The breakfast was very limited, just a few choices. Only 1 cup of coffe and 1 glass of juice included. The facility need to be refurbished.

The room was very spacious and very private. Our beds were super comfortable. We had as many towels as we wanted. Also they had shampoo and soap.

The breakfast was really simple. They had a big selection of sweet breads and some fruits but savory only ham, a weird cheese, boiled egg, and bread already cut. No butter or anything else. We were on the third floor, it was tough for my parents to go up the huge steps, but it was no surprise they had no elevator, it is stated that in their advertisement, so it was fair.

Large spacious room, even with 3 extra single beds! The location was good close to bus stop and buses to Amalfi Coast. The room was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great bar/restaurant below which is part of the hotel.

There was a subtle smell in the bathroom (plumbing) but not unbearable also there was a loud live band at the restaurant below, don't forget you earplugs like me, it's best to join in and quite a good band actually, they finished up at midnight.

the location is great right at the centre with nice restaurants at the door steps.

The location was brilliant. Very central to the port, shops and restraunts.

The staff was kind, the check in went smoothly. They were helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room was cool, what is good on a hot summer day.

The bathroom was not so nice. The shower door didn't work properly, it fell off. The toilet makes a weird sound after flushing. It didn't feel so clean either. Gluteen free breakfast option was only one type of cake.

The room was great plus the staff was helpful and friendly. Bonus point was the location.

Only problem is that we couldn’t change the temperature of the A/C. Even though it was summer, we had to use blankets to cover up.

The guy that checked us in was amazing and so friendly. The lady after that was awful no customer services and cancelled an extra night we had agreed with the guy. This was done on the morning of the last day and left us with no where to stay and our friend still in the hotel without us. When I asked to speak to the guy who agreed it she said “no guy here no room” I quote. I really feel for the guy as he is trying to run a good business but the other lady is killing it.

location, excellent pastries and coffee for breakfast (note-this is Italy, don’t be expecting big breakfast, ital style is a cappuccino and a sweet thing).

dodgy shower, the flimsy curtains and lights on the balcony left on until the early hours makes it difficult to get to sleep. naff internet in the room but OK in the bar.

Location, 2 min to the beach, 10 min to the central station. The room was cleaned every day.

Noise and music from the street. The apartments are located above cafes / bars.

huge old house and huge old room without too much comfort, but good for a sleep. Staff friendly and competent
