Very nice apartment, close to the busy area but in a quiet street. Two big balconies on each side of the apartment and plenty of place.

Two of the bedrooms are on the street side and in the weekend there was some noise from party-people.

Sunny, spacious apartment with a great terrace, with access from main bedroom and living/dining room. We didn't realise it had 2 bathrooms, so that was a bonus. Powerful shower in the main bathroom. We didn't cook, but the kitchen was fairly well-equipped and we made full use of the coffee maker, toaster and microwave. There's a hairdryer and an iron and ironing board, if you need those. The terrace has 4 sun loungers, plus a table and 4 chairs for outdoor eating. I would definitely stay here again. Close to the train station, very central location.

The terrace is of course overlooked by the neighbouring apartment buildings. As the apartment is managed by an agency, the kitchen is completely emptied between guests, so no oil, condiments etc.

Things we loved: the location and space, lots of room and plenty of storage for clothes, suitcases etc. It was a nice, big and bright apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed, very well equipped and a nice big fridge. We appreciated chilled bottles of water left in the fridge for our arrival. The TV had Netflix which was really good for nights in. There was a little jacuzzi bath in the en-suite. It was good to have a manned reception during the afternoons and early evening.

Things that could have been better: on the surface the cleanliness looked great though on closer inspection the floors were not cleaned properly, with a lot of hair and dust gathered in the corners and behind the doors, especially in the bathrooms. The shower in the communal bathroom was too small and totally unusable. We were surprised not to see complimentary cosmetics like shower gel, shampoo etc. only hand soap was provided. Apart from chilled water there was no hospitality pack. We are used to having some sachet's of coffee, teabags and maybe a little milk but nothing like that was provided. No beach towels were provided. We have stayed in quite a few places in Sitges over the years and these things are standard. The beds were functional, not the worst but they were a bit like a camp bed. The sofa in the living room needs replaced, it's old and un-comfortable and there wasn't even a cushion. The handrail in the en-suite bathroom was broken. One of the main things for us was the noise, even when the shutters and windows were closed the noise from the street was at times really bad. Voices from people on their way back from a night out felt like they were in the next room and then the traffic in the early mornings and throughout the day was quite bad. The aircon in the bedroom leaked out water on to the floor during the night and we had to turn it off and put a towel down on the floor.

Very centrally located on a quiet street. On walking distance from bus, train, restaurants and beach. A huge sunny terrace with lounge chairs were a nice surprise. The host was helpful and allowed a much earlier check-in. They also landed us umbrellas when it rained one day.

Reception gave us a phone App that let us in to the apartment when we needed, plus a door code as a back up. The Apartment was well furnished and decorated the nicest we have ever stayed in Sitges

we were accused of having a party and threatened to be thrown out even though we hadn’t done anything, they didn’t ask us or question us on the evening they text us the following day and stated that there had been a complaint which was unfounded and lies and they threatened us with CCTV when we told them to go check and prove it they did nothing - we are 4 middle aged men in couples and were in bed most night at 22:30pm - rudeness and accusations are disgraceful, second shower is Tiny and can’t call a shower, sofa is uncomfortable and only 2 seater and it ruined the whole experience as they refused to speak to us directly just listened to local couple who made a comment rather than having evidence disgraceful behaviour and treatment of someone that spent a lot of money - it was also festival weekend so was hardly quiet at all in Sitges - bad treatment and bad attitudes

The place was OK as I have expected based on the description and pictures. The apartment was clean, kitchen equipped quite well and it even had a washing machine. I also liked the "patio" (balcony) inside where I could sit in the evening. But don't expect any view there and don't be noisy after 10pm (there are other apartments windows facing it). The contact with the host was good and location is great!

The walls are thin so you can hear if your neighbours are talking.

Check-in was easy. We were told there was a last minute switch of apartment. The new one had a much larger balcony, which was indeed true. We were given an extra bed for the 7th person, but this was just a foldup cot. A larger bed was delivered the next day upon our request. The property was very clean. Bedlinen was fine. Major appliances were fine too. Excellent location.

The dining table only had 6 chairs. It seemed that this apartment was geared to 6 people (we were 7, while the apt we originally rented was supposed to accommodate 8). Beds in rather small bedroom on main floor made quite a bit of noise when you turned over. The small appliances like toaster and coffee machine were rather cheap versions. We were very disappointed that they did not provide essentials like salt & pepper, sugar, etc. Most rentals do.

Although the reception desk was closed by the time of our arrival (delayed flight), Carla contacted me and make sure I had all the necessary information and door code to get in.
