The location is great. Rooms are clean and with a lot of space and daly exchange of towels. Staff at the reception as well as room service are friendly and ready to help. Breakfast offers a lot of choices. Highly recommended.

WIFI is unreliable. An upgrade recommended. There is a space for improvement when it comes to the parking. After several days, cars are covered with dust, plants and birds excrements. During our stay, the harder older mattresses were replaced with the new softer once, which did not come well along with my back.

The family room is a great size and comfortable. The breakfast service is great. Even 15 minutes before 11 o'clock they still make sure that everything is stocked. Super

The keycards of the parking and rooms did not work after 3 days even though we had a 5 days stay. So just slightly annoyed when I needed to walk back and forth to the parking lot. And after getting another card even that did not work. So that was the only thing I did not like.

The hotel was very well located with restaurants, grocery stores, shops, a post office and everything you need around. The personal was very helpful and friendly. The lounge was very nicely done.

The room could have been cleaned a bit better. I did find hair and especially dust around the shower walls. Fairly pricey.

The staff was meh, one girl kept laughing when she saw us and it made it uncomfortable. Bathroom door was broken. Hairdryer died after 3 minutes. Old TV with no phone connection.

It was old and dusty, rooms where refurbished but smelled. Breakfast was not fresh.

Pleasantly surprised by the room size!! Really good space for a family of 4! Enjoyed the air con!! Staff were very helpful and friendly! The breakfast was extremely tasty and great variety catering for all tastes.

The location of the room - was extremely loud outside - not ideal for a baby but out of the control of the hotel, perhaps family rooms could be moved off the Main Street? Also couldn’t turn off the balcony lights and no shutters to put over the windows for our room which made getting to sleep tricky!

The hotel is very central but yet very quiet. The rooms are spacious and fabulous. When you close the window, you do not hear anything from outside. The beds were comfortable and the cleanliness 100%. The staff were very polite and the food was delicious. The parking is private and very spacious. I would definitely recommend.

Stayed here before and love this hotel. Spotlessly clean with friendly staff and close private car park. Breakfast excellent. Had a blocked drain in the shower which was promptly sorted by staff while we went out, otherwise 10/10. Viewed one of the other rooms and will definitely be back. Thank you

The shower is great ! clean, draining, strong pressure. bed was comfortable and great that you could sit on a little balcony. Good, diverse breakfast.

Downside of the shower was that the water would not get cold, but then most people don’t see that as an issue. Gym equipment is fairly old, and there was no AC present making it a sauna, at least now I did not have to book the spa.

Comfortable and very clean room. Good location with 5 minutes way to the beach.

When you see spa service in description, you imagine a bit more than it's in real.

We had a sport competition in this city and the time was very late, the staff allowed us to stay until 3 pm even Hotel was closing as they did not work on Sunday . I appreciate a lot as my daughter had a opportunity to stay and to be prepared for the competition .

The room was super nice. Amazing breakfast.
