Place is walk able distance to lake where boating,cycling,horse riding and shopping are near by

Indoor Game timing is up to 8:30 only. But bar is opened till 11:00 PM.This could have kept open till 11:00 or 12:00. Cycling option could be much better, there can be double pedaling cycle with good quality.

I have been waiting for an update to my request. I couldn’t travel bec of some health emergency. Reached out to both booking team and sterling team 2 days before. No response. I got an email saying I will get a response in 24 hours but it has been 4 days and no response. This is absolutely disappointing

Rooms are not clean and it’s not clean. the bed is not comfortable at all, I had requested for the extra bed which was terrible. New Years eve DJ and food was really poor. They don’t have parking space for the cars, and they charge for children’s games and other amenities like snooker etc.

Property has good garden area. That’s it.

Do not book this property if you don’t want to feel cheated. A budget hotel also provides better services than this one. Asked for a towel, never came. Used old towels and went to the reception to understand the hold-up, and they lied that it was delivered 5 minutes ago. Their property is not kids and elders friendly either. If you want to use their buggy service, there is minimum wait time of 25 minutes. Buffet experience is abyssmal as well. Our family of 6 could never sit at the buffet for 2 minutes, as we were always scrambling for something - no tissues, no spoons, wait time of 20 minutes for any dosa, toasted bread. And if a waiter takes your order and says they’ll bring to your table, do not fall for that. You’ll end up empty stomach. If you order for room service, make sure to order 1.5 hrs before. And do not expect good food. Pasta comes without seasoning, tomato soup without bread crumbs. We asked for a onion-less biryani, but they sent with onions. And all of this in one Single order. We chose to swiggy from next day. For checkout bill, ask them an hour before if you want your further plans to not be ruined. Coming to rooms, rooms don’t have lake view. And most rooms have balcony overlooking other rooms’ balcony. They have only Tamil channels. To watch india World Cup match in Hindi/English commentary, their technician came to the room 5 times and said everytime “we are checking the antennae”. As you can guess, the match got over, but we didn’t get the Hindi/English channel. I can only be grateful that the stay is over. We will never be returning to this overpriced property.
