It has the best location, it’s right by the tower. When we went shopping, each time we bought something, we dropped them home and continue the next one because it is that close to everything. The street is full of energy but the best thing is when you are home it’s very well noise isolated. The beds are very comfortable and the space is very practical and nicely decorated. We loved it, thank you.

Impeccable property, easy to access, right in the centre of this wonderful city.

The only negative thing I have to say - and it is a big thing - is that they ZTL congestion zone tripped me up when I drove in to the city. I think the property owners need to issue information about this in advance of all bookings. And also - when I asked them for help about this, after we had taken up residence in the property and realised we were likely to have to pay a fine - they were not able to offer any help or advice. Which was frustrating.

The room is different than pictures. Bathroom shower is broken and bidet is not working. It was dark room and very little windows. We did not like this place.

Well fitted out and beautifully clean. The location is absolutely spot on.

Lack of a mirror in the bedroom. Would have liked a smaller saucepan and egg cups for breakfast 🤭.

The apartment was spacious and clean. The beds were very hard but had nice bed linen. Access was easy with the code system and lift.

The photos on the website were a bit misleading.

To get fresh air meant opening windows to very noisy road on one side or building machinery on the other.

Good location, in the very centre. The elevator made the access very easy. The apartment looks nice and has everything you need.

It was impossible to get a taxi there for going to the airport and the host was not very helpful. We neay missed our flight. It is a general problem in Bologna though.

Great location, well appointed apartment with comfortable furniture. Clean and well maintained.

There is a comfortable sleeper couch in the lounge but unfortunately no black out curtains or blinds. It would be nice if these can be added.

Very well finished apartment in an amazing location! So central, couldn’t ask for better in that regard. Well equipped kitchen. The staff were very responsive and helpful over message!

One thing I would say is that the flat could do with a full length mirror. There is only one mirror and it’s in the bathroom and is not full length. Also the light coming up the stairs inside the apartment was flickering and we needed to use our phone torches when walking up and down them at night as it was too dark to go up them safely without using them.

There is only one washer and dryer unit for the entire apartment complex and it was difficult to manage.

The use of the door code was very easy and it was nice not having to carry a key around,

The kitchen was not stocked with some of the basics. Sale, pepper, ect.

Good location

When i stayed previously at the residence, appartment was nice but not this time. It was on the last floor with lots of stairs( i had a very heavy bag with me) and when i came, the door to the appartment was wide open and it was super hot in the room.

The location could not be better, right in the centre under the twin towers. Near most of the main attractions, shops and restaurants. Independence of having a studio flat rather than being in a hotel. The possibility to pop back for a rest after lunch or drop shopping!

The aircon units for most apartments were at the back which made it too noisy to open any windows. Leaving on the aircon was essential as studio is small.

So noisy at night. It's obviously on Via Rizzoli, so bound to be noisy, but we didn't expect it to be as bad. Very hot in the apartment, but you can't leave the windows open at night, as there is noise until 5am.

The location is the best, realy comfortable, a bit noisy , but didn't bother us.

The location is at the heart of Bologna. it is super convenient to many places.

The TV doesn’t come with an aerial, so we couldn’t watch anything on the tele.

Amazing apartment in the heart of Bologna! We recommend this 100%. Pefect for solo, friends/small group or business travel! Perfect spot in the town, very near in Piazza Maggiore and everything. You can go everywhere by foot. The owner(s) is super friendly!
