Sehr nettes Personal , gemütliches Zimmer in einer ruhigen Gegend . Man erreicht die Stadt Ganz leicht mit dem Auto oder der Straßenbahn die sich in der Nähe befindet. Für den Preis eine top Leistung!

Direkt am Einkaufszentrum mit guter Verkehrsanbindung. Das Personal war im Rahmen der Möglichkeiten bemüht.
Durch den spartanischen Industrielook versprüht das Hotelzimmer einen shabby-flair, als hätte man in einer Lagerhalle versucht, eine Unterkunft herzurichten.
Keine Möglichkeit, den Koffer abzulegen, keine Regale, keine Kleiderbügel. (zum Glück musste ich nur eine Nacht hier verbringen, sonst wäre es noch unangenehmer geworden). Der in der Ecke eingepferchte Fernseher ist starr montiert und macht das Fernsehen sehr unbequem. Theoretisch soll die Fußbodenheizung den Raum bis 19 Grad "erwärmen". Praktisch war bei 18,4 Schluss mit "warm". Echt kuschelig bei einstelligen Außentemperaturen.
Bei Booking wird dem Gast was von 8€ fürs Frühstück vorgegaukelt. Tatsächlich muss am Vorabend aus einer Liste ausgewählt werden, was man am nächsten Morgen serviert bekommen will und jedes Brötchen, etc. wird einzeln berechnet. Ganz schön fuchsiges Konzept! Auf mich machte das alles einen Eindruck, als wäre ein trickreicher Taschenspieler beim Konzept am Werk.

When I originally booked a few months ago I'm pretty sure there was complimentary breakfast. When we there for our stay we had to pay for our breakfast and it was not very good and the coffee was not very good either. I wish we would have went to a actual Cafe when we found out that the complimentary breakfast was no longer available. But we still paid full price for the room and more for breakfast

The location is convenient — not far from the motorway so a good place to stop when travelling past. The WiFi was very good, I had a strong connection for working via video meetings. The staff were very friendly.
The hotel was more basic than I expected, there is no tea/coffee making facilities. The restaurant was closed, even though I received a message on the day of check-in to tell me about the new Italian restaurant. Breakfast was low quality and lacked choices, it’s just a sandwich (choice of filling, like egg or cheese) and a yoghurt. We were told we could order a drink at reception when it was open, however no one was ever there.

Very friendly guy on reception
We were travelling 900 km that day and also the next so just wanted to get there and stay in the Hotel, not to go out again. We wanted a Hotel with a bar and a restaurant - both were closed.

Good hotel as for this price but with a bit unusual solutions when concerning the restaurant and breakfasts. The rest is fine, at least from the perspective of a bussines trip.
The breakfast needs to be ordered a day before and the choice is very limited - basically, sandwich or sandwich ;-)

A very comfortable well-heated room with plenty of work space and storage space. Excellent shower. A little out of town with the bonus that parking was easy, if not in the reserved parking area then on the street outside (free). The price ws very reasonable. Good wifi, Good TV, very quiet.
Breakfast had to be pre-ordeded the day before, which was a bit inconvenient. However the coffee was good. There was no facility to make tea or hot drinks in the room. Reception closed quite early, and it was necessary to use the door key to enter the hotel in the evening.

- was freezing in room because both heating (room and bathroom) can't not be used.
- claimed "soundproofing" was not working at all, heard the sound of talking, showering and even morning alarm from other guests.

The hotel boss has a temper tantrum when I asked if I could check in early. and continued the tantrum when I said I would gladly come back later and asked if I could store my 2 bags until I came back. I have never felt more unwelcome at a hotel and immediately found another place to stay. Thus hotel should tell their customers ahead of time that early check in and luggage storage is not possible ahead of time.

Breakfast was decent value for money. A bit out of the way and by the road so fairly noisy. The bed wasn't particularly comfortable. The staff was really nice though.

Modern, easy to reach, very clean hotel with comfortable rooms and a great restaurant and bar. Very helpful and friendly staff. The Italian food is amazing and fresh. Nearby there is a tram station, that brings you every 10 minutes to the centre of Kassel.

The room was good, we were just in a couple of veryyyyy hot days and not AC or Fan. The guy in the reception was really nice and gave us his.

The staff is amazing, really nice and helpful. It turned out to be even better than expected.
It's globally kids friendly, which we appreciated very much, traveling with three tired toddlers. The menu in the restaurant is simple but the food is really good and the breakfast, that you order the day before (not a buffet) is good too and the portions are generous.
And the location of the hotel is very convenient for the travelers coming from the motorway, without being too close to it.
We had a short but very nice stay there!

Service was great and the room was in a very good condition. The price was very good for what we received. It was lovely having breakfast in the sun, in their beautiful courtyard! It's in a great location, slightly out from the city centre but super easy to get to with the tram.
The breakfast selection was minimal- it would be nice to have more options to choose from.

The reception is really sweet and helped me a lot with the self-check-in.
My room is next to the street and the noise from the street basically woke me up every day. And I do have to open the window for fresh air

The staff was good. The bed sheets were clean. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood.

Good location, great price, very friendly service. Room clean, very pleasant. There are few places in the parking lot, but you can park safely on the street.

The position was quite good, being in the close vecinity to a mall. We did our shopping there.
Unfortunately we had only 1 option for eating out. At least the food was good at that restaurant.
Also, the bathroom was not very clean. The next morning when we had to leave, nobody was at the reception and the reception was locked. A phone number was given in order to contact the receptionist but nobody answered so we had to leave the keys somewhere on the floor near the reception door.

Was a very last minute booking. The check in host was friendly and helpful. A very good place for the price. Had a good place to park our car.
Bathroom was a bit small, but it was doable. Would have been nice to have a fridge, but then again we did okay.
